Don’t waste your money go to the grocery store around the corner buy a frozen pizza and cook it at home. I spent $50 on a pizza, a small thing of pasta and some cinnamon rolls -seven dollars of which was a tip. I only got one of the toppings I requested on my pizza, my chicken Alfredo Came with chicken sausage because they were out of regular chicken that is so not a comparable substitution. I would’ve rather they just credit it back to me. This is why so many Pizza Huts go out of business. I told my husband to remind me of this experience the next time I suggest ordering Pizza Hut. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and I understand that y’all were evidently busy. But I don’t care - I work hard for my money and I spent a lot of money on this food to not get what I ordered and it’s not like this is the first time it happened. It happens regularly when I order from here- I’m done.

Usually I have a good experience with this Pizza Hut but this time I was missing the drink, the bread sticks and pizza were not cut properly and the breadsticks were overcooked. On top of it all couldn’t get in touch with the store

Pizza Hut genuinely has good pizza ingredients, but I cannot remember the last time I had a positive order experience. It regularly takes around two hours to get a burnt and cold order (with half-filled marinara sauces). $40 for a pizza and a few breadsticks. And that’s *if* they get the order correct.
Pizza Hut is stretched thin, cannot start or complete orders on time, and don’t have enough drivers to deliver them. Several times, they’ve farmed delivery out to DoorDash. There aren’t enough workers and executives aren’t willing to pay more, so the price of inequality is passed on to the customer’s miserable experience.

I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up it wasn't ready. I was told they were an hour behind. I understand they were busy because of the story so I came back an HOUR later to find that they were CLOSED. I called repeatedly and eventhough I could see them moving around NO ONE acknowledged me. I called and spoke with customer service and was told that my order was ready. She transferred me to the store and the call still was not picked up. I wanted over 3 hours total. I have never been this disapointed and disgusted by Pizza Hut. They get a thumbs down.
The cleanest facilities, most courteous and accommodating staff... service was excellent! And the whole meal was awesome, very nicely prepared. Will definitely go back. The best one I've been to honestly

When the app ordered my pizza wrong, the pizza hut employee completely made me the one I was supposed to get. He was so understandanding and I appreciate that!

I ordered the personalized pizza and traditional wings and was reminded why Pizza Hut is still around. The pizza has a garlic cheese sauce and a crispy crust that was terrific. The staff had to explain they were out of blue cheese dressing and they were so polite and accommodating, offering me other options. The wings were large and had a sweet and spicy sauce on them. The staff was very helpful because I had multiples orders for all of my coworkers. Each order was right and completed fully.
