Why do you offer delivery when you don't actually deliver, use a 3rd party, don't get a driver until long after the food is done and it shows up over an hour late??? Absolutely ridiculous!!!!! And I scheduled the damn delivery!

Impossible to contact the store! Made an online order to be delivered 4 hours later. Since the order was made I have been trying to contact the store to ask if a small dietary change was permitted as it was not allowed to be made online, call center guy tells me the store will call me as I have been 1.5 hours trying to reach them on the infinite loop of “well connect you to the store” and end up back on the call center!. They never called, I can’t say if the service is good or not because I was never able to talk to the store…

Ordered food and when I got to the store, the lady initially handed me the wrong order but i let her know and it was fine. Which, she then goes back and grabs what looks like my order after I said what i got. Then i get home and see they gave me the wrong type of wings (a type that i will not eat either) and when i try to call, there is no phone at the store to talk to anyone. The call center on the phone just offers to give me the number to corporate because whoever can help me isnt able to talk on the phone even after i waited 40 minutes on hold. Terrible service to handle these things. I'm also not close to the store to just drive back for a refund. The pizza is just okay anyway. Will not be coming back.

I waited more than 2 hours to received my order. I ordered at 3:12 was told I would have it at 3:40 after been given three different times that it would arrive I finally got it at around 5:30. Food was completely cold so I had to warm it up in the microwave. When I try to file a complaint I was conveniently disconnected a couple times from the chat. I called customer service only to be transferred to a line that never stops ringing. Very disappointed with with my experience all the way around. You don't even deserve the one star.

The service and the pizza was nasty.. My first and last time going to this location. They do not even make the pizza like the original brand. It is their way of how a pizza should be done, to cut back on cost… How you make a pizza with no sauce and trying to give extra cheese to compensate for the sauce. It was horrible and I hated that we even wasted our money on this crap. The pan does not taste like the original pan recipe…

Not at all worth it. Ordered online, missing an entire pizza, no response. There are no good Pizza huts in Savannah, order literally anything else.
The lady at front was so rude and than I ordered wings which should come with a ranch and she charged me 1.17 for a ranch

Just now, I placed an order at Dordash. I placed an order that said buy 1 pizza and get 2, one free, for 19.14. I paid 26.48 dollars, and only 1 pizza arrived. I called the place where the order was sent, they told me to wait and they didn't answer me again. How disrespectful.

First of all, if you don’t have any drivers so you have to use DoorDash… let that be known when placing the order!! Why did I have to pay a $5+ delivery fee, when DoorDash delivered my order! I have a dash pass, I could have ordered it myself and got FREE DELIVERY… 2nd problem, I live on Hunters AAF where PIZZA drivers are allowed on base with no problem NOT doordash drivers unless their getting a pass and nobody wants to do that. Again, this is why I ordered through Pizza Hut and not DoorDash!! So for me to have paid a $5+ delivery fee and I had to drive to the gate to get my pizza…no give me my money back. And on top of that the pizza is cold and barely any pizza sauce or cheese… when I called, they clearly were too busy to address my concerns. I’m being asked to send a picture to an email and wait until somebody gets back with me. Are you serious??? How about, I’ll remake your order… or I’ll just give you your money back… what is the picture going to do? Do better…

2 delivery orders 1st order was wrong and the second one was late and looked as if a mad man went at the pizza with a sword for no good reason we had slices as small as a skiddle beside huge chunks of uncut pizza. Refocus!
