I didnt get any service because when I got there at 2.30pm on a Friday, the door was locked and could clearly see people behind the counter. No wonder Puzza Huts are closing.

I ordered a pizza over the phone with a representative. I waited for over an hour even though the delivery time was 25-30 minutes. So I called just to find out my order was cancelled. My card was charged and no one will answer the phone.

Antoinette the driver was very pleasant and she followed directions to the tea. One of our patient brought lunch for us. Kudos to Keisha the cook the pizza was very good ?. From the ladies at
Vegetarian options: I ordered a pizza with onions and mushrooms, my first bite, I tasted meat. SAUSAGE was on it. I'm a vegetarian m, so you can imagine how it feels. Then the manager Virginia act like she didn't care at all, which made me even more angry.
The food was not made how I ordered it the management and facility was unapologetic and did not care that I paid for extras that they ignored and when we received our order it was cold. Pizza hut does not care about their customers. Would NOT recommend.

I love the person pan pizzas. They do it right and get it done when they say they will get it done. I recommend calling rather than ordering online though.
Went there during a slow time so no one was at the front to greet me (only reason they lost a star). Overall, it was a good interaction with Ryan and Eric….and they made my order exactly how I wanted it. I left the store laughing so I’d say it was good customer service.

I thought I'd maybe take my chances with this pizza hut again and ordered online. Big mistake, I got there and stood there for 10 min without being acknowledged, went to the bathroom and came back to a lady upset that they messed up her pizzas and don't offer refunds only credits, which is ridiculous in my opinion because a person may not want to order from there again. As I walked to the counter I seen it said my order was ready on the screen, so I told the lady my name only for her to tell me that all the pizzas were burnt. Never even offering to remake them I just left since I hadn't paid yet. The warmers to hold the pizzas were both broken so even if my good had been ready, it may have been cold. The exit of the oven was stacked high with used pans, some still containing pizzas. It was an absolute disaster in this store and I will not be returning.
