Pizza Hut at lunch time has no pizza? Stopped in to get a quick bite between jobs. Ask for a plain pizza and instead of going on to make it she proceeds to tell me there is no pizza? Asked for a cherry slushie and instead of telling me there is no cherry slushee she hands me a watermelon slushee. What a waste of my time. She acted as if life was bitter and she hated being there - QUIT THEN! You should not be in the service business if you’re not a people person,,,, miserable girl! And insult to my day, as I’m walking out from getting a snack in target - there are pizzas on the line? Was it me? Or was she just not wanting to serve a customer?!

I just placed an order to pick up on my lunch break for the new pizza melt and when I went to bite into, it was hard as a rock. I called the store and was asked if I wanted it to be remade like I have the time or want to waste the energy to drive all the way back up there for something that was inedible and should have never been served to me in the first place. I was also told it couldn’t be delivered because there was not one driver. Completely unacceptable.

The customer service is absolutely horrible. Customer service has steadily been on decline everywhere post Covid but there wasn’t even anyone to take my order. It’s unreal to me that this is the new normal.

This location hardly ever has delivery drivers. So I had to pick my food up. I come in to pick my food up one of the workers was asleep on the bench. No sense of urgency(JOSE) was his name I think. I get my food and part of my order is missing to I had to wait for that to get done. No mask no gloves! What ultimately tip the scales for me to write this review is that after eating here yesterday I feel like crap and I have the runs! So definitely a mild case of food poisoning for sure! I won’t be coming back here ever!

My pizza is always fresh and the employees are very nice but like a lot of restaurants my order isn't always rite but I don't complain much because I forget to check my order before I leave.
I recommend this place to purchase a top flight pizza!??

This place is clearly not practicing covid awareness. They wear no gloves and if they do, they do not change them. I just watched the girl at the register stratch her head with gloves on then try to box up pizza. absolutely disgusting. Do better

Friday I ordered the pizza box with breadsticks and cinnamon sugar bread sticks. The order was finished and placed at 10:30, and was told it would be delivered in 30 minutes. An hour goes by and no pizza. I had to leave to go to work by 11:40. The pizza finally showed at 11:45 45 minutes after expected delivery. I had to take my food to work only to find they didn’t do half pepperoni and half beef like I stated and then the beef turned out to be Italian sausage and my partner was not able to eat it for religious regions. Bad Pizza Hut experience overall.
