Beware! If your local to the Island there are much better places for pizza. I have had 2 horrible experiences with them. A couple weeks ago the pizza was horrible, not up to Pizza Hut standards. The next, I ordered wings last night directly through Pizza Hut. I believe in shopping locally. My call went through the Pizza Hut call center which is normal at times. First thing they asked, is this for pickup or delivery? Delivery and I ordered 18 Bone in wings and extra dressings. My bill was $39.26 and I gave them over the phone the tip for the delivery driver and my card. $$44.26 was my total. When my food arrived, my husband and I had 9 wings, not 10 but 9 and no sauces.
When I called the store, they were closed. The call center answered once again and said she would report to the store. After work I stopped by and was treated so bad, basically they called me a liar, did I have records of the phone call , then they had the audacity to say they do not deliver! Duh! May want to take off of your website and the rep at the call center might want to start saying, pick up only.
They told me to go by there tomorrow! I called back to see if they have a record of who the deliver Driver was, did this older woman in a white car eat my wings. They were not sealed upon arrival.
Interesting fact, when I called back the rude female on the phone hung up on me, no empathy, zero respect! I work with the public everyday, she needs some major customer skill training! Im sorry I am in my 60’s and still work hard for my money. Pizza Hut is responsible for their drivers , they said it was door-dash, they have a record, not me. Their decision to use doordash! I ordered through Pizza Hut not door dash. It does not say on their website that door dash will deliver. I want a full refund of my total spent. When did 9 wings go up to $44.26. Never will I recommend or order again if that is how they treat people!!

They dont tell you that doordash is bringing your food. The guy never knocked on the door, he left the food outside on the table. He stated the instructions told him so when that wasn't even an option.

On March 7th they messed up my pizza. Instead of remaking it, they offered me a $15 credit for the next trip. I called back to use the credit and was told they had new management and refused to honor it.

I have ordered from here like 3 times since moving to Wilmington Island, and every single time there are issues. This last time was the worst as my food was not cooked and was inedible.

This store never fixes their mistakes, either. I have tried to no avail.

I have only ever ordered from here when sick and unable to cook for myself, so having issues is a big deal.

Do not order from here.

Pizza was supposed to be Thin and Crispy. Instead it was thick, loaded with grease, crust bent from sogginess. Worker told me it was thin and crispy.Couldn’t eat it at all it was so nasty. $20 pizza plus $5 tip and we couldn’t even eat it. Entire pizza went in the trash!

The food is pretty consistent Pizza Hut pizza, and wings no surprises. If you’re expecting Pizza Hut food, that’s what you’re gonna get.

The service can sometimes be slow if you’re doing a pick up order, usually with Uber eats or another delivery service, it arrives on the normal timeline.

Not really anywhere to sit in this location as it’s mostly a “To Go” spot. I wouldn’t plan on coming here to eat in person.

If you’re looking to order a quick pizza for the game or whatever then this will meet your needs .

Don't bother trying to call this place. They don't bother picking up the phone. Pizza always cold

I did a call in order for large pizza and chicken wings my total was 48 dollars. I can't understand that price. I made a decision to say yes. Two hours went by no pizza we got a call thirty minutes after two hours. Another one hour and a half went by we called back. The young lady on the phone said they just went through a busy moment. I am still trying to figure out a half supreme and pepperoni and six pieces of wings turn into 48 dollars. Then when I asked to speak to the manager and the young lady said she was with a attitude. All we wanted was a pizza and wings for dinner. It turned into a 48 dollar disaster and 4 hours without a pizza. I do want to say a pizza delivery guy showed up with pizza and wings. All I can say is WOW!!!

They were super incompetent, I ordered by Uber Eats and they couldn’t confirm the payment even when I called to confirm by phone. We ordered 5 pizzas.

It used to be a dine in with take out and delivery but times change, food is the exact same recipe and bake that’s always been consistent. Employees are attentive & often times very busy.

Parking: Well if there is an available space… park in it

Salmonella with a Side of Placation: A Saga

So, picture this: my wife orders a large family pizza and boneless wings, ready for a cozy meal. She takes her first bite and—surprise!—the wings are not just cold; they're totally raw. Like, fresh-out-of-the-fridge, 100% untouched by any heat source.

We call the store, expecting maybe a bit of empathy, and get an elderly-sounding manager. He apologizes, blames the “super busy period” and staff, and promises us a $25 credit for next time. Okay, we think, accidents happen.

Fast-forward to the following weekend: we call in to redeem our hard-earned credit, only to be told there’s no such thing recorded. Not in their system, nowhere. After 15 minutes of us ordering elsewhere, guess who calls back? Yep, the same manager. He apologizes again, assures us the credit is real this time, for a full repeat order and says it’s tied to my wife’s phone number, awesome.

A couple of days later, I call in to double-check. The moment I mention the word “credit,” they tell me the store is closed due to an air-conditioning “issue.” Sure, okay these things happen.

Finally, on Saturday the 2nd, I try once more. They confirm a credit—but now it’s dropped to $15. I explain the whole saga to the person on the line, who claims to be a manager but clearly has zero interest in problem-solving. He suggests I “wait for the general manager” to call me back (at some point in the future) and essentially ends with a “have a nice day.”

So, my humble recommendation: skip the potential salmonella, don’t gamble on having smoke blown up your ****, and just head over to Basil’s Pizza and Deli across the street. Or grab a Papa Murphy’s Take 'n' Bake—at least there, “raw” is expected and not a total shocker.
