Accidentally ordered from this location online when I meant to order from a place closer. Tried to call 5. SEPERATE. TIMES. To cancel my order but from what I could tell each time the worker would just pick up the phone and immediately hang up. Do not order from here. Period.

These people cant be reached at the store location, they cant even bother to read simple instructions on orders, they cant even get deliveries correct and are constantly missing items on delivery.
Going through support they say the manager will call me but that never happens. My next step is calling corporate because this is childish and unprofessional.

My pizza was delivered. Pizza Hut delivered it by Door Dash. The pizza was not sealed that is unacceptable. This is the third time in a row. Iv had problems with this store.

Can't even get a 2-topping pizza made right. Missing one of them. And it was a sad looking pizza at that. Chat was useless. I'm unable to speak at the moment so I was hoping online was easy. I'll just continue to use Domino's because at least their online resolutions are instant.
They also had to use DoorDash for delivery. Which meant it took forever.

Don’t deserve no stars. Me and my wife ordered at 10:30pm. Store closes at 11pm. My wife is 9 months pregnant and our daughter was craving that pizza lol and if you know about cravings you know it’s no joke! We called and all. Our order got deleted with no help. If the store wasn’t taking any more orders they shouldn’t have token it and we still could’ve got food elsewhere. We had an order number and all. Employees should think about others when they disregard people. The manager should know better because we even called and was told we’d receive a call back.

Honestly shut this location down. I placed an order to schedule a delivery for 12:30 through door dash. At 12:25 I noticed that while I got a confirmation for my purchase on door dash this store never confirmed to me that they’re making my order (something that usually happens when I order through door dash). I contacted door dash support who then tried to call Pizza Hut to see what the deal was and they couldn’t even be bothered to answer the phone from myself or Door dash. I managed to cancel my order but seeing how multiple people have the same issue of Pizza Hut just flat out not making their orders and then not answering the phone this seems to be the norm. They clearly can’t do their jobs and the reviews reflect that. Honestly shut the entire location down or re-staff with people that can do their jobs

I ordered a pizza at this store the young lady DaysIa took my order after presenting her with the information about the type pizza I needed she proceeded by asking me if I was paying with cash or card. Well I used a card. At the end of my order something weird happened the young lady asked me what’s the name on the card. This to me was weird because I don’t normally have to give out the name on the card after I gave the other information on the card. So I told her just go ahead and charge the card. It was then that I asked her what was her name. She quickly rushed off the phone and said ma’am I put in your order is there any specific instructions for the driver? Your weight will be between 40 to 40 minutes . I have been waiting since the pizza never came. I waited for over an hour called back only to found out that my pizza order was canceled. Really by who?
