I ate at pizza hut for the first time in years.The only reason I ate there tonight because, there pizzas on sale. I order thick crust and didn't get it at least I hope that wasn't there thick crust little Cesar's run circles around Pizza Hut I'll stay in my lane and stick with Holy pie

Ok for one you can never get any one on the phone and two the take two hours to get your food three they get you food to a door dasher who's truck look like it just came out the savage yard pulling a transmission four my food was cold five when you try to call to tell them about the order can't get anyone again five they forgot my pineapples

Do not support this particular location. They quite literally tried to steal my money.I ordered a pizza online for delivery. After I ordered, they said it wouldn't be delivered until 11:50pm. Keeping in mind, I placed the order at 7:40pm. Meaning about a 5 hour wait for this pizza. I tried calling multiple times to cancel, but they wouldn't answer. At 8:30 I got a text saying the pizza had been hand delivered to me. It had not received my order. I tried calling again but it seemed they had blocked my number as it no longer rang. However, when I tried calling them on my partners phone - it rang and they answered. An employee answered and when I asked to speak to her boss, her boss refused saying "She can't right now." and to call back tomorrow. I called back the next day, and as you can guess, no one answered. The location has since refused to acknowledge this and I have not received a refund despite asking for one days ago [again, online as the store will not answer me again.]Management refuses to speak to me. The people working at this location seem incompetent at best and thieves at worst.

Ordered a pizza on phone, was told approximately 30 minutes for delivery. After 45 minutes I called again used the order status option could not find my phone number so passed me on to customer service who then passed me through to the store. Phone rang several times then disconnected. Called again, using new order option, when they answered I informed them that I was inquiring about my current order gave them my number and they informed me that the order was canceled and they would pass me on to the manager. Again rang several times then disconnected. This is the first pizza hut I have had any issues with in over 20 years across Canada and the US. Definitely do not recommend this franchise.

Horrible. Gave me the wrong order and charged me more for it. Staff was also rude and didn't seem to care about their job.
Picking up an online order, there was only one person working while 4 others were on their phone and slacking off. The cashier was not very pleasant and seemed to be under the influence. When I got home (a 3-minute drive), the pizza was dry as can be and the crust was hard and tasteless. I would have done much better spending $23 on frozen, store bought pizzas. Very disappointing.

We order a pizza at 4:44 was told it would arrive at 5:15 it's 6:49 we NEVER got our pizza. We tired calling but NO ONE ANSWERED ???????

Gave me the wrong pizza. I paid extra for a large pan pepperoni pizza. I received by delivery…a hand tossed medium half pepperoni half cheese pizza. It was delivered so now I’m stuck with it. Horrible.

Waited an hour after i ordered my food for them to tell me that they didn't have delivery drivers and through out the whole time i was on the phone whoever i was talking to did not care what they were saying over the phone and when the manager asked me if i wanted to cancel my order and wait for doordash to pick it up i told her that was fine, she said okay and hung up and did not say anything else.
