While the food you get is good the orders are never correct . Dining room is closed so you have to go around and get in line to get it corrected. No one answers the phone when you call. I went through the drive through and didn’t open the boxes to check.. no Mac and cheese or chicken strips. Found out after I got home .. ordered missing items from Uber eats.. added an apple pie and Cole’s slaw and neither were with the order. Would not recommend this location

The location on Bull Street has excellent service. The only thing is the drive thru wasn't working so I had to order at the window. Food was fresh and hot.

If we had a 0 star rating I would have given them a 0. They didn’t even have a container to put our food , no fries, no biscuits,no sauce, and 1-2 hours of wait time. And they had a dirty plastic bag. I am never going there again.
Every time I come to this location they don’t have any food. On Monday they only had grits, today they only had bone-in chicken, no other food items available.

I'm writing this review only so I can say that the staff here are great. They have to deal with a lot of mean and nasty customers and they do a great job.There was a hillbilly in a pickup truck in front of me at the drive thru. He was yelling at the poor girl over the speaker and then pulled up to the window and continued yelling until he peeled off leaving a cloud of smoke. Since I was next in line, I was worried about how the staff was going to react. Fortunately for me, they seemed calm cool and collected. Respect to all of you fast food workers who have to put up with this nonsense.

I ordered 12 wings. They said they were out of Cajun fries so they were giving me “double sides” instead. When I opened the bag, there were no fries but 47 packets of blackened ranch. Why. What did I do to deserve

Ordered the new truff spicy chicken sandwich and frozen mango lemonade on door dash, received chicken tenders, cold fries, and a regular lemonade. Called the store to confirm that they actually had the sandwich in stock before I reordered. Dude was kinda rude, but whatever maybe they were busy, he said they had the sandwich and didn't not have the lemonade. Cool. Reorder. Recieved chicken tenders, Mac n cheese (instead of fries), and a random lemonade that I didnt order at all (decided to pass since they were out of the frozen). How do you mess up back to back like that? And it was cold the second time too!
