I visited the Popeyes on Victory Dr a few days ago. Ms. Andrea made my experience such a positive one! Her customer service was exceptional! She was pleasant as she took my order and she continued to give the same service when giving me my meal. I had almost given up on going to this location because of the past service I had but she went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. Thank you Ms. Andrea!

Drive thru - person taking order kept getting in wrong then finally repeated correctly. Then no surprise order wrong. We were so frustrated we just took it snd decided things weren’t like they used to be. Food was ok at best

You can tell this chicken was reheated. The chicken is dark and not tasty at all. If I had time I would've returned. The uber driver was awesome, but the food was horrible!! Never again
Ms. Latoya is absolutely amazing! If you have any problem at all, Ms. Latoya goes above and beyond to solve it with a smile on her face! Her staff is also incredible. They are so kind, friendly, caring and hard-working, you know that she is doing something right.For the record, I am not related to her, this is an honest opinion of her outstanding managerial and customer service skills. Give this woman a raise!
I promised the ladies that I would post a Google review after I witnessed an amazing feat of teamwork and professionalism. Arrived at the restaurant right after a college basketball team bus pulled up and the guys were placing their orders. The absolute ballet performed by Miss Latoya and Miss Denise was amazing. They were dancing around each other filling orders while taking turns crossing off items on the receipts and handing out the food. It really was impressive! The fact that they did so with such a calm demeanor and were even joking with the players just speaks volumes about them and the entire crew they have working there. The fact that food is always fantastic is secondary, and that is hard to do!
Every time I go to this restaurant they always forget something of mine or something is wrong with my food I will not be going back any more I’ll go on bull st and they also have very nasty
