Don't go here they have been locking my debit card for over a week now. What ever kind of business they are running, they tried to charge me 30 times for one order. They are sketchy business.

The best place to get your pretzels, I recommend the bites and oh my God there strawberry and banana smoothie is to DIE for!

The word pretzel should be removed from this business's name.

Pretzels were good enough. What gives this a low score? Very slow to get through the line and please wear your face masks like the rest of us consistently.

Ordered thru Ubereats. The food took forever and my order was incorrect. If youre hoping for pretzels as good as Auntie Annes you will be extremely disappointed. Ive gotten microwave pretzels that were better than the ones made at Pretzelmaker. Spend your $$$ on something else.

The assistant store manager and the lady making the pretzels are the sweetest ladies I've ever met. They always check me out in a timely manner knowing I am on my lunch break. They always ask if I'd like my receipt which I really appreciate and they are always professional. I would eat pretzels every day for the rest of my life just because they make it easier and more relaxing than going to the food court. 10/10 would recommend.
