First of all the floor manger bought Tea it cloudy come not coke but Pepsi without telling us they didn't serve coke products.food some hot some warm we had flies in the restaurant .we mentioned it to the manager as well

My friend and I celebrated our Birthdays today!
The food was plentiful and everything was Amazing and the Staff was so kind and helpful. The restaurant was very clean.
Brian our Waiter was excellent, and he was so kind and very accommodating..
We also met Brian's Manager of Operations, Sarah who was so sweet from Warner Robbins, Ga.
I highly recommend this restaurant to Everyone!😀 We were so Blessed today.😀🙏

This Red Lobster location has really gone downhill—what a disappointment. The moment I walked in, there was a strong fishy smell, which was already off-putting. The restaurant was almost empty, yet the wait time was longer than expected. When the food finally arrived, the soda was flat, and the broccoli had a strange seasoning that didn’t taste great. The only good things were the steak, which was well-cooked, and the dessert (brownie with vanilla ice cream). Overall, not worth it. I won’t be coming back to this location.

I didn’t worry about reviews thinking it should be okay enough for a quick dinner after class. I was wrong.
A couple of things. I came with a friend, we ordered
Clam Chowder Lobster Bisque Chicken Caesar salad Shrimp Alfredo
We were there for an hour so wait time on food wasn’t bad but it took forever for our waitress to bring refills, the place was practically empty So I struggled to find major excuse for it.
The food was subpar, I’ve never really had an issue with Red Lobster’s food but the salad was a poor ratio of chicken to lettuce (smallest chicken breast I’ve ever seen). The clam chowder was okay, but the more I ate the more oily it tasted. The lobster bisque was chunky and sweet and worst of all
We found something in the shrimp
I’m not sure if shrimp is cleaned prior to shipment or if they do it in house, it could’ve been anything but god did it look like shrimp poop in the shrimp, right where the strip would be.
Regardless of what it actually was there’s nothing brown in the shrimp Alfredo so I’m not sure why that was there.
Then it took ages to get change, as I paid in cash. And they kept my 21¢ (which isn’t a big deal, it’s whatever but after everything else I was a little annoyed)
Overall, not eating at this one again. Save your money. Go anywhere else.

I took my mother to the Savannah, GA location. We were immediately met with a very nice teenager who opened the doors & seated us. Our server was so sweet & did everything perfectly. She was available without interrupting. The problem was the food. It was just not good. The biscuits looked delicious but were doughy inside. As for the entrees, some of parts were overcooked & some were ice cold. The atmosphere was depressing because we were there during peak dinner hours but it was empty. I doubt they'll be open much longer but either way we won't be returning.

My service was prompt and attentive. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the entree I had. Soy Sauce grilled Salmon with crispy Brussel sprouts and orzo rice. The combination of flavors and mouth feel were quite pleasant. The size of the Salmon portion was nicely large. It came with a side salad. The decor of this store is a bit on the aged side, but presented clean and tidy anyway. I enjoyed today's visit

I don’t usually write reviews, but this time, I had to. This was the first bad Red Lobster experience I’ve ever had, and it was that awful.
Seven years ago, this location was great. I’m visiting from another state and thought I’d stop by for old times’ sake—huge mistake. The server lied straight to my face, saying the biscuits were coming out fresh. What actually arrived? Cold, stale, lifeless pucks that tasted like they had been sitting out all day. Then came the appetizers—also cold. At that point, I knew better than to stick around for the main course. I canceled it, got my refund, and walked out.
Let me be clear—I’m not here to bash Red Lobster as a company. I’ve had plenty of good experiences at other locations, but this one? Absolutely terrible. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.

It has been years since I’ve dined at a Red Lobster. I had heard rumors that they were closing them down so I had to go in one last time before it happened to the one in Savannah. I had to wait 30 minutes before I finally asked an employee walking by if someone was waiting on my table and she said yes I am and I’ll be with you in a minute. 20 minutes later she returned to take my order. I ordered calamari for my appetizer and shrimp cocktail. I had to send the calamari back because it was soaked in grease. It was not good at all. I ordered the lobster lover for my entree. Needless to say the lobster were very undersized for the price. It was very unfortunate because I chose this restaurant for a birthday meal. Poor choice!
