Ericka was TOP TEIR 👌 She was friendly with a smile. she treated us like it had just opened with a bright early morning sunshine smile 🌞 😃 She was polite and professional We will most definitely visit this location again Very impressed ❤️ Only problem I have is I wish I could rate a million stars instead of 5 😘

I use to love Red Lobster I eat there Nov,29,25 it was horrible food was very dry and cold will not be going back any time soon I was so disappointed not like it used to be..☹️ it has really went downhill need to make some Big improvements ASAP

I just have to tell you how this place has gone down hill. I do not know who's bright idea it was to let your manager Ben go but this new management team is terrible and doesn't care about the restaurant at all. We came there for lunch the other day and was hoping to see Ben as he always is there with a smile and a warm greeting. We were told he doesn't work there anymore. Our server was pleasant but could not get our order right. We had to send back our food twice. The first order was completely wrong and our server took it back. You could here the loud mouth cook yelling at her in the dining room. The next order came out and it was just thrown on the plate it looks like they tried to reuse the same order we sent back. I was so upset i asked to speak to a manager but they could not be bothered to come speak to us. They stood at the bar area just joking around the female manager just said we did not have to pay and could leave. I am 65 years old and have never been dismissed like that in my whole life. I will never return to this establishment as i can see how the new management feels about its guests.

I used to love red lobster but this was the last time I’ll be going there. The food was not good which sucks when paying 45+ for a meal. My son went to the restroom and said there were cockroaches running across the walls. The server was really sweet though, that was the only enjoyable part.

Christine made everything 200% enjoyable. This was the best meal I’ve ever had at Red Lobster!!!! Christine was so attentive and the food portions were excellent.. my next trip to Savannah will definitely include Red Lobster and hopefully my server will be Christine again. I noticed that Christine had such a welcoming attitude with every table she went to.

My waitress was very nice. I ordered the crab carbonara, it was too oily for me and had a funny taste., I should have sent it back . I have had carbonara before and it was never oily. Not worth the price

Husband and I came here for late lunch/early dinner. We indulged in lobster tail, crab legs and shrimp. It was all delicious. Our server was delightful and personable.
