I recently visited the location, I arrived around open time. Short staffed, however I was seated immediately. Then the waiting period started. I was told no drinks could be made not even water because there was no ice, and someone went to get ice from food lion! Long story short most of things we wanted were not on the menu. The establishment is old, dirty and outdated. After 2 hours and 10mins finally eating we had to hunt down the waiter to pay. The food tasted freezer burned. There was no broccoli, no baked potatoes, no rice, no ice, popcorn shrimp etc . Don’t go, we work to hard for our money to receive this time of experience. Lastly the waiter was very nice.

Middle of the afternoon business was kind of slow. 20 maybe 30 people at the most in the restaurant. Set at the bar and had to wait 15 or 20 minutes just to get waited on, then it took another 20 to 25 minutes to get my food which arrived cold. Dining by myself add crab legs and scallops and paid almost $48 for my meal. Needless to say next time I want crab legs I'll be looking for someplace else to go.

Red lobster was my favorite place to go,but I will never go here again, it was my birthday dinner. The steak was well done,I asked 4 med rare,the lobster tails was like chewing rubber, everything was over cooked and cold, waited over an hr 4 our food. They didn't even take anything off. Never ever again.4/13/24

What happened to Red Lobster, did they all get bad, or is it just this one?Don't offer curbside when you have to go inside to find your food.Don't give lunch size portions at dinner prices.Don't offer a bowl dish then not put everything in it.There were a few other problems, but the only reason I gave two stars were for the biscuits, which they also shorted us on.Now I see why they were barely any customers there for dinner rush.Thanks!

Quite dirty with an extremely long wait despite being empty. When the hostess finally showed up she immediately began to complain how she was doing 5 other jobs besides hostessing. Had to ask several times for utensils, which came after our food was cold. Witnessed several large parties walk out. Will not be back.

This was the WORST dining experience I have had in a very long time. Our server wasn’t the friendliest and we waited forever for our entrees. When they did finally arrive they were lukewarm to cold.Manager Angel was not too concerned that we had such a bad experience-couldn’t even apologize. Walked by out table at one point to say she’s finally figured out the problem but that was it; never came back to apologize. The manager is a disgrace to management and made our experience even worse. We will not be coming back.

The restaurant was basically empty of patrons. I still had to wait 30 plus minutes before I was seated. I was advised that it was due to the fact that they were short on employees.The food was horrible. The food was cold, undercooked, tasteless and completely unappetizing. The quality of the food served was terrible.

Red Lobster,It may be time to shut the doors and turn this into an Arby's or shoe store, but this ain't it.The poor waitress was trying but obviously had too many tables and had to travel to thr opposite side for everything.Noodles on the linguine felt like they had been prepared yesterday.Was given plastic cutlery after many times asking for cutlery. This is a sit down restaurant, why are we given plastic cutlery?Never did get my additional dressing for my salad.Took about 10 minutes to have our drink order taken, and about 30 minutes after that to get them. Our drinks were diet Pepsi and unsweetened iced tea. Don't have to be a mixologist to get those out.If you're looking for a better place to eat, just go to the Texas Roadhouse next door, or your local soup kitchen.As I was just about to post this review, saw another family get metal cutlery, so they do have it, and just reserve for "preferred" diners. That's 100 hard earned dollars we will never see again, which is fitting as this Red Lobster will never see us again.Happy Easter!
