I just checked it out today for the first time. It was so good; I got the protein pops and an immunity shot. Definitely want to come back to taste their protein shakes. The atmosphere is also super cute, took my computer and stayed there to enjoy what I got.

If you’re looking for a sign. This is it!!!! This is by far the best nutrition location in Savannah and surrounding areas. The girls are so friendly and helpful when it comes to choosing shakes/teas! Not to mention, the finished product is nothing less than perfection ♥️
Kid-friendliness: Take your kiddos here!!! They have a play space while mom gets her caffeine for the day! The cutest play kitchen for the kids

The fact that this place has nutrition in the title is really a joke. Everything is artificially flavored that I could tell. My partner got a "refresher" that was made out of different powdered substances that looked like Comet house cleaner. It gave him a stomach ache. I got a peach tea that had a weird artificial after taste. Neither of us even finished our drinks. We spent 15$, crazy overpriced considering there was no fresh fruit involved. Can't understand the good reviews.

The space is nice and the staff are welcoming. I stopped in for an iced tea, only to discover that the “tea” is not brewed. Most menu items are vegan, but it’s a lot of processed ingredients. This isn’t a whole food type of place. I noticed they were promoting Herbalife shake kits.

This place is a hidden gem. Stopped in for a coffee with protein for that extra boost at the gym. I will be back for another White Mocha for sure! Great music and great vibes. Fast service.
My wife visited here the week before our wedding in July 2023. The staff was friendly, the drinks were good, and she was glad to find a spot away from home. Would recommend for locals and visitors!

5 STARS….I cannot recommend this place ENOUGH 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟I have been going to Refresh since they opened and I think I love it more every single time I go. The mega teas are amazing, love their protein shakes, the açaí bowls are fabulous, and love love love the premade grab&go fridge. I just realized the other day that one of my new favorites is the cotton candy fat burner shot 🤤
