Get the Reeses concrete with hot fudge!
With the temperatures in Tybee Island area at the time of our visit being in the heat index of 106 we definitely needed to cool down and Rita's was the perfect spot for us! We had the Italian ice flavors of tropical medley and mango peach in which we thoroughly enjoyed while sitting in the parking lot with our car AC helping us receive relief from the extremely hot weather. Thanks for being there for us Rita's!
Custard was super yummy sorry for no pictures we ate them too quick being so hot out they were melting pretty fast.
I love love love this place. Everything I try is so amazing and the custard is my favorite part. The outside of the building is super cute and perfect for pictures. The prices are pretty good but could be lower. This is a must visit for me every time! ❤️

For the smallest cup. It was 7$ for the basic ice. Prices were not posted, and I didn’t asked so that’s my bad. My friends got a large frozen coffee and a basic ice and it was $19. That’s insane. For what we got. Was definitely not worth it.

Great Italian ice! Every time has been very good and refreshing! Staff are very welcoming and kind! Quick service even when there’s a long line! Love the gelati with custard! Only negative is there’s a seafood place attached to the back and smells not amazing as well as at the side the garbage cans had a dead animal smell in them- but in this heat I guess it’s inevitable. Just made us want to leave asap! But otherwise love Rita’s!

Another subpar soft serve joint run exclusively by teenagers without adult oversight. My teens weren't impressed and one didn't finish her brownie sundae. The other said the gummy bears tasted stale. When there are so many awesome ice cream options on Tybee Island, we won't be hitting this place again.
