Short wait, delicious custards and Italian ice

Very good chocolate custard soft serve ice cream. A bit pricey, but it isn't something you make a habit of.

Frozen custard is so good! We had vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry. The cherry Italian ice was too sweet for me, even mixed with vanilla custard.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Employees are very rude. One employee left the other employee and went to the back while it was busy. short staffed, dirty place. Not sure of the employees name but she was very rude and made it known she didn’t want to be bothered. Trash cans were full, tables were sticky, blender was gross, counter had stuff all over it. Didn’t even want to sit inside.

This place is awful! Took my family recently and the trashcans were overflowing, dirty tables and rude employees. Specifically Sarah(I believe that was her name) she was so rude, ignored customers and acted as if we were an inconvenience. On top of the rude employee that made us feel unwelcome the signs posted throughout this place are aggressive and also made you feel like they just don’t want people there. Not sure how this place stays in business with these issues and mediocre Italian ice

Off the beaten path, good build but very short staffed for summer. Tables were sticky but the ice-cream was good.

If you like Reese's get the Concrete Mudslide... it's fantastic!

First time eating here, and it was awesome. Custard is top-notch, and so is the coffee. Service was amazing even though there was only one employee running the store. Would recommend and will definitely be back.

For the smallest cup. It was 7$ for the basic ice. Prices were not posted, and I didn’t asked so that’s my bad. My friends got a large frozen coffee and a basic ice and it was $19. That’s insane. For what we got. Was definitely not worth it.

The girl behind the counter was extremely rude and unfriendly towards my friend and myself. It was a real shame because the building and dining room is so beautiful and it looks like a lot of money went into it. The person that waited on us seemed very unhappy and was very unfriendly. I brought my grandson there for a treat and we were very uncomfortable and did not feel welcomed at all

Fair warning, the parking here is cramped and limited. This is the perfect place to go for a cool-down after getting sunburned at the beach?? if you don't know what Frozen Custard is, it's kind of like soft serve ice cream except thicker and way smoother???♥️?Whenever I visit a Rita's, I always order their gelati, which is basically layers of frozen custard and italian ice. You can choose up to 2 different flavors of Italian ice to layer up; which I always end up choosing cherry and mango ?? good stuff.
*Side note: if you choose to chill in their outdoor seating area, make sure you're not sitting on top of a fire ant hill, those suckers will get you.

On a hot day, and we have had plenty lately, any frozen treat is good! I will say, the custard here is very tasty but it's fairly pricey for what you get and the staff is your typical ice cream stand staff of mid aged teens who barely make eye contact and are almost non cummicative with customers. This is not a knock on them, it's just their age, but man...a smile and thanks for coming in wouldn't hurt either.... I threw a 5 dollar bill in for a tip on an order that was 11 bucks, at least look like you appreciated that. I've scooped many cones in my younger days and if a fiver hit my tip jar, I'd have had a huge smile and a big THANK YOU.
