First time eating here, and it was awesome. Custard is top-notch, and so is the coffee. Service was amazing even though there was only one employee running the store. Would recommend and will definitely be back.

The girl behind the counter was extremely rude and unfriendly towards my friend and myself. It was a real shame because the building and dining room is so beautiful and it looks like a lot of money went into it. The person that waited on us seemed very unhappy and was very unfriendly. I brought my grandson there for a treat and we were very uncomfortable and did not feel welcomed at all

Fair warning, the parking here is cramped and limited. This is the perfect place to go for a cool-down after getting sunburned at the beach?? if you don't know what Frozen Custard is, it's kind of like soft serve ice cream except thicker and way smoother???♥️?Whenever I visit a Rita's, I always order their gelati, which is basically layers of frozen custard and italian ice.
