Riverside Burger is a walk-up, open air eatery along the river next to the JW Marriott. The burgers my wife and I ordered were cooked very well, and the service was impeccable. The only downside is it may be hard to find seating if it is a busy night.

Just spent a whole week in beautiful Savannah at the JW Marriott in the Riverside District and this place was honestly our highlight! Chef was so friendly and personable. We went 3x while we were there and she remembered us and our order each time. Hands down best smash burgers we've had and for a reasonable price. Super friendly staff and easily one of the best smash burgers I’ve had! Go for the Royale (with an egg). Everything is made to order, right in front of you, and fairly priced for food on the riverfront. They have a good selection of local beer with decent seating options.
