We went there yesterday and the Salmon sushi was so good the miso soup was 100000/10 and Jasper one of the people that works there is very nice.

Our first meal in town. We were down in the area and wanted something quick. It was easy to order and eat. Food was ok. The rolls are premade. The bowl was made after we ordered it. I wish we had walked a bit further as there were other outdoor options. $70 for two glasses of wine, a bowl and a roll & tip. I felt like it was up there for the quality.

Surprised to see this on the riverwalk. I jumped on the tonkatsu ramen and was .... very sad. They used take out containers and put the lukewarm salty broth in one container. That was likely to prevent making the ramen soggy - but they just plain overcooked it. The normal charshu was 3 slices of under cooked (seared) bacon - clearly not braised - that had no flavor at all. The soft boiled egg was surprisingly timed well but again unseasoned. A California roll was fine but that's hard to ruin.

Have you ever eaten sushi under a honeysuckle draped pergola?? I have! I'm already thinking about what I'm going to try next time. Perfect al fresco dining for a beautiful Friday afternoon. Gorgeous view of the river!

Took 45 mins when slow to get a poke bowl! The cashier was lost and my to go order was sitting next to her The entire time and she had no idea because she was too busy on her cell phone

Not impressed. One of my rolls was pretty decent, the other basically Publix sushi level at best. And the prices, as others have already noted in their reviews, are "New York City prices" for sushi and not for the quality of sushi that should command such prices, either. Also, the staff doesn't really seem to know much about sushi. While I like Plant Riverside in general, I think maybe they've spread themselves too thin, wanting to have nearly every sort of restaurant one could imagine as if they're Disney Springs or something: well, you ain't Disney, folks. You're a nice development and I appreciate you, but you tried to do too much too fast. A sushi bar here could have been a larger, indoor, restaurant especially if you wanted to command such prices. As it is you have a stall selling Publix-style sushi for Disney prices. Not a good look.

Prices are equivalent to NYC and too much rice. Nice atmosphere. Minimal seating. Good selection of rolls if you want to pay for over priced sushi.

Amazing sushi! We randomly stopped at this place while walking by the river and it was so good. Some of the best sushi we have ever had and definitely the best sushi we've had in Savannah. They accommodate food allergies too. The staff is very friendly. We loved this place

Sushi was delicious but as important Icel and Pelita were so helpful, We needed a few things made special and they were happy to oblige. Would definitely go back?

Sadly this was mediocre. Rice to fish ratio was too high. Wasabi was very dry. And a very environmentally unconscious way to serve 8 pieces of Nigiri.
