We ordered the spring rolls with tofu as an appetizer and added a side of peanut sauce and a side of sweet & sour sauce. The tofu was cooked so well, crunchy texture to the outside. Sauces added a lot of flavor but was surprised when we were charged and extra $3 for each 2oz sauce. Also ordered the sweet & sour stir fry meal with tofu for dinner. We usually share meals like this but this was a bit smaller than we are used to. We would order extra rice next time. The presentation was beautiful (wishing id taken a picture) and flavor was great! Service was very good as well. #Veganuary
My husband and I live in Savannah, often want to try different restaurants. We had a very good dinner here recently. I had the Cashew Nut w/chicken and my husband had the Musamman Curry. The service was excellent. A good find on Broughton Street.

Service was good. But, I absolutely did not care for their food. My dish smelled like a wet dogs mouth. Was not tasty at all.

Hands down, the best pad Thai I’ve had in the south. I moved to Florida from Southern California 11 years ago and I had an array of food options that were perfect. I have had Thai food in Florida but nothing quite hit the spot like the pad Thai here. We evacuated for hurricane Milton and I found the perfect Thai food. 10/10 recommend!

Ruan Thai is the best authentic tasting Thai restaurant in Savannah. We have been coming here for years, and have never been disappointed. The food has always been consistently delicious every single time! All the servers are super nice and very welcoming. We usually start off with the combination plate. I usually order drunken noodles or yellow curry, and both are super flavorful and delicious! This is seriously our most favorite place to eat in Savannah. No other thai restaurant even comes close.
If you're looking for a great place to have authentic Thai food, I would definitely recommend coming here. =)

Very pleased with this. Our server was confident in assuring we had “safe” vegan dishes. Their lunch menu was great and super affordable. Our server was really nice and the food was good too. I’d go back next time I’m in Savannah.
Decent food for the price. My sweet and sour shrimp had a bit too much sauce thus it overpowered the rest of the flavors the meal came with a fried spring role. Yea!. Our waitress was excellent. I'd return here and try a different menu item. The tea was good.

Excellent Thai food in the middle of Savannah shopping district. All our entrees were good. Only complaint I have is that the soups were too salty
Vegetarian options: Easy to veganise anything on the menu
Parking: Paid parking on the street by the hour. Cheap but hard to find a spot. No fault of the restaurant but something to be aware of.

It is great that they serve crsipy duck. Not all Thai restaurants serve it. While the mango sticky rices is OK, instead try a fresh Thai coconut -- be sure to use the spoon to eat the inside tender coconut meat after you've drunk the coconut water. The waitress told me many customers fail to enjoy the meat.

I love this place. I always get the red curry and it’s delicious. Super cute how the rice comes out in a heart shape. The honeydew boba is always a must

Really needed some tofu in my life so happy to have some vegan drunken noodles with tofu, veggies and rice noodles. The vegan options aren't really marked on the menu but the staff knows what veganism is.
Delicious food! Restaurant was not full, but it was cozy. The children loved the bubble tea, the adults the Thai beer and wine. The waitress was very friendly and cheerful. The food was good, lots of flavor, both starter and main course. In short, very successful for us.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free food possible.
Kid-friendliness: Interaction with children by staff was fun!
