Today 5 Dec 2025, approximately 11:00, arrived for catering pickup, manager locked me inside the building, she was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional when I asked her if she could not do that in the future, she went on to yell at me saying they don't want to deal with Ezcater anyhow, she instructed me to check off her items list which isn't my job as a driver, she refused to listen to any suggestions and reasoning I offered!!!!!!!!!!!!

Passing through for the holidays we always try to stop at a Ruby Tuesday in the area to our surprise Mrs Lauren from Augusta was here!! We visited her location a few months ago while on the road and was sad to hear about her store. It was a pleasant surprise seeing her here and she was just as amazing and attentive as she was the first time we met her. You got a winner with that one Ruby Tuesday!! Hailey was our server and she was so friendly our food was delicious and came out quickly. We will be back on our way through next month!

I was welcomed by friendly staff. The server Angel was so kind and helpful with her suggestive sales. I tried Fried Mushrooms and my son got wings she explained all the flavors. The decion was hard. I love the salad bar and it did not disappoint. All Items were fresh. The cook came out and offered fresh toasted croutons for our salads. All the staff was very friendly and professional. Our server was very attentive. The desert selections were amazing. The manager came out introduced her self. (Shantele) She asked if we were ok offered to get us anything with a beautiful smile. It was a great experience. Will definitely recommend as a great place to dine.
I have been dining at this location with my Husband. It was our date night spot. I finally decided to go back. I was greeted by friendly staff. Angel and Katie. The salad bar was fresh. The server told me about the monthly all you can eat salad bar deal. That was great! I was greeted my The manager on Duty Shantele that suggested the scallops. They were delicious. I also tried the steak Quesida that was sooooo good. The staff was very professional. The red velvet cake was also suggested. I felt like family . Then they told me about the special on gift cards. Great service, staff, food and atomosphere. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family
