Once the order is taken, big foot could be found easier than the waitress. Had to walk around to locate the waitress 35 minutes after finishing my dried out Philly steak sandwich. Wont make this mistake again

Bad! The items on the salad bar looked like they had been out all day, slimy lettuce, and our dinners were terrible. The absolute worse thing was the filthy bathroom. I had not seen a more disgusting bathroom in a gas station. Blood on the floor something smeared on the mirror the sink had makeshift peel and stick cover around it partially torn off. If I would have seen that before we ate I would have left.

Worst experience in a long time at a restaurant. We arrived at 644 (I know the exact time as I responded to an email while waiting on a table.). We walked out at 822. Almost a hour and 40 minutes for 2 burgers. Only 1 refill that we had to ask multiple times for. Our waitress said they were short a cook, there was 8 tables with people in the entire restaurant. Burger was hard as a rock, I didn’t eat half. Fry’s cold. Crazy combo. Wrong sides. We had to tell waitress multiple times we were on separate tickets, not a big deal usually, but when she disappears for 5 minutes each time, it gets frustrating. Then, when the check came, no offer to discount, or even knock the sweet teas off. Just a “I hope you have a better experience next time”. While I appreciate the acknowledgment that it was bad, why not do something or at least have management come by to apologize. So for 27 bucks for a burger and a trip to a salad bar, this is what I get, stopping at Sonic to get somethin that’s actually edible…no way I was saying anything and waiting for another hour for a remake, we were at work.

Food was subpar and service was even worse! Ordered the ribeye quesadilla (the appetizer) literally only 2 of the 4 pieces had meat in them. Not to mention the fact that our server was so slow. Dropped our food and never came back to see if we were good

We arrived just after noon and we're the first customers. By the time we ordered, 4 more couples and a group of 6 had arrived. Restaurant was clean visually and smelt good. Our hostess was right on top of things even after we asked for a few minutes to decide on our meals. Wifey had the Chicken Ramen Noodle Bowl and I had the grilled shrimp one. Vegetables were cooked, but crispy and the whole meal was very good. Overall a great visit.

I was pissed before even seeing the food. 15mins is how long i sat waiting to even be spoken too. 3 staff members completely ignored me. The bar person only saw it fit to speak when a older couple walked in. Ignore myself and 3 others who were waiting to be spoken too. Destiny came out of no where and took care of everyone waiting with a smile. The only smile in the dam place.
