Ordered a curbside, however no one answered the phone for 15 minutes. Had to go inside and wait another 15 minutes to even be acknowledged.
I ordered a ribeye steak mid rare with a loaded baked potato, corn, and cajun chicken pasta. When I got home the only thing I had was a very thin overcooked piece of steak and a baked potato with butter. There was nothing loaded about the potato there's also no corn. The pasta was overcooked and super mushy. The only saving grace is the garlic bread otherwise this meal absolutely sucked and was not worth it.

I would give this place a negative score if it was an available choice. I'm going to share a picture of what looks like old soggy onions with possible mold. Also salad on salad bar was brown and wilted. I got extremely sick from this food. I ordered a med rare Rib Eye wich was as thick as a piece of cardboard and completely dried out, so needless to say it was entirely overcooked and gray looking ..." Yes I'm talking about the color of the steak. Floors were dirty and sticky and it was a carpeted floor 🤢 Bathrooms looked like they hadn't been serviced in a while. The window blinds were either broken and clearly showed the lack of care for their restaurant or their guests. I don't think I have ever used the word GROSS when writing my reviews...in this case "GROSS" is the only word to describe our entire experience. Two pics of my steak and 1 picture of the advertised steak on the menu.

The food was good and our server,Sophia that girl worked her butt off. She was the only server working and the place was packed. Tyrell, the bartender did come out and help by bringing out food dishes for her. But the manager , useless! She walked around and asked everyone how everything was after we all ate instead of helping. The hostess she didn’t even hand out silverware to the tables like she was supposed too, which made more work for Sophia.

Destiny was amazing! Very attentive and fast efficient service. This was our 2nd time stopping in to this Ruby Tuesday as we’re new here. The first time was not pleasant at all. This time the service was much better, the food came out quickly and was hot & fresh. The drinks took quite a while but once they arrived they were great and we realized this wasn’t her fault. Please keep kind, smiling faces like Destiny around and take good care of employees like her. She literally made this experience all the more better this 2nd time around. Thanks Destiny and great job! Keep smiling and be blessed! 😇
The restaurant just opened for the day and the men's bathroom had urine on the floor and out of paper towels. The salad bar wasn't fresh, the lettuce and mixed green were slimmy and wilted. The broccoli cheddar soup tasted like it was frozen at one time or another. The facility was dirty and the staff seemed as if they were accustomed to it being that way.

We were traveling from Florida to North Carolina today to see our son receive an award. Of course 95 was an absolute mess with the storm . We got to our hotel the only place open was yours with one sweet lady doing everything! She did it all with a pleasant demeanor and smile ! We didn't get her name , but please give this lady a bonus and have her train employees on customer service . She's a superstar !

It is filthy. Floors are sticky and they told us they hadn’t mopped. Dusty, dirty and salad bar had brown lettuce and slimy cucumbers. Same lettuce came in our sandwich. Yuck! Stay clear. Staff was pleasant.

So it was my kids birthday today and he turned 17 and I asked him to choose anywhere he wanted to go to eat and he chose Ruby Tuesdays. But this place is the absolute worst so we look online and it says that they close at 10 PM and this is on a Tuesday night at 8:30 P.m. ♥️♥️My Son♥️♥️ and I get there and the Door was unlocked and we walked through and there was other people inside eating and the lady comes up and tells ♥️♥️My Son♥️♥️ and I that they are closed and that they close at 8 P.m. so I will never ever go back here ever again. The only reason why we even went there was because ♥️♥️My Son♥️♥️ wanted Ruby Tuesday’s for his birthday. I wish I remember the girls name, but she was super rude! But if you’re gonna close at 8 PM, you shouldn’t have other people eating in there and you need to change the website!!!!
