Six days ago, I went to the restaurant, and the hostess was unfriendly and didn't greet us at all. She just took us to the table and walked away. I wrote a review and received a response from the company apologizing. Well, I went their again 3 days later and the same hostess was there. Of course she did exactly the same thing. I even asked to smile if she likes her job. The restaurant needs to hire people that like their jobs.

The food is not good at all! The stuffed crabs are horrible and the fried crab you could tell weren’t fresh! The only thing enjoyable was the coconut shrimp and butterfly shrimp. Nothing is fresh! They leave the same items out ALL day that’s why it’s so cheap. Was looking forward to the sushi but nothing was fresh and was out for hours! They have a bad gnat problem couldn’t eat without swatting them away.

Very clean, plenty of seating near food, staff courteous and attentive, keep drinks filled. Huge variety of food to chose from from sushi to desserts with everything you could possibly want in between! All food choices are kept filled and proper serving temperature. Ladies bathroom very clean and well stocked with supplies.

We did not have a great experience here. I brought my service dog and was questioned some things that were not allowed to be asked. I did correct the man, and no problem other than dirty looks continuing our entire meal. The next thing was we didn’t leave a tip because we weren’t obviously impressed with the service. The lady YANKED the pen out of my 2 YEAR OLDS hand. I’m more than pissed.

If you’re hungry but not sure what you want, then drive on over to Sakura Buffet because they have it all! You’re certain to find what you want there! The sheer number of selections was mind blowing! I’ve never seen so much food, and so much variety! The food was delicious and the customer service was top notch! Absolutely recommend this place! We will be back!
