Best fried chicken in Savannah, No question about it! It’s very crispy, not greasy, and full of flavor. If you haven’t tried it, GO! Open Monday- Friday, 11:00-3:00. Cozy location with an amazing staff. (and Dawn always treats me like long lost family- I adore her!!)

My husband and I, along with our neighbor, recently enjoyed a delicious lunch at SSS—and it far surpassed any expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the staff—Wayne, Dawn, and Richard among them. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and genuinely pleasant. We all ordered the fried chicken, and it was absolutely the best we’ve ever had—crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. It rivals any local Southern food buffet we’ve been to....

I highly recommend Sandfly’s Southern Soul for the best “comfort food” you’ll ever have. It’s just like the food I enjoyed at my grandparent’s house every Sunday afternoon growing up. The fried chicken is truly the BEST I’ve ever had and all of the sides offered are incredible. It’s impossible to select a favorite! Quick service, friendly staff, super affordable and delicious! This is a hidden gem I’ll return to again and again when I’m in Savannah.
