Love their all you can eat sushi! Favorite is the sexy jalapeno and the crazy monkey roll! Best to go during lunch!

Terrible service, average sushi. Wouldn't recommend to anyone! Save your money and your time and go somewhere else.

Drove out of the way to come here for my birthday and they had closed almost an hour early.

This is our go-to Japanese restaurant in Savannah. Everything we order are consistently fresh & delicious, and are also served quickly. The servers are nice and patient when it comes to explaining the dishes. The place could use a little update though so it doesn't look aged. Bathrooms are clean as well. I never leave without a boba milk tea - they are delicious!

My friend and I were touring downtown Savannah and noticed the menu on their store front. I was just too excited about ayce sushi that I did not think to pull open Yelp and check the reviews. I completely regret not doing so. When we walked in, there were maybe 5 patrons in the whole restaurant. The one waitress was very unfriendly and did not greet us. Food was served rather quickly, but it was just blah. I started with a bowl of miso soup. The flavor was decent but the tofu was undercooked. For sushi, I ordered a couple of special rolls. One had spicy tuna with raw tuna on the outside. The other was fried with crabmeat, cream cheese and eel sauce. The spicy tuna roll was probably the best thing I ate. The other was just trash. My friend ordered a Philadelphia roll. There was barely any salmon, mostly avocado and cream cheese. It also had zero taste. She switched it up for the Alaskan roll. 15 minutes later we still had not received her replacement roll. The manager that stopped by our table asking how everything was and we told her that we had been waiting for her roll. We look over and our waitress was just sitting on her butt at a table across the restaurant. The manager went and got the new sushi roll and brought it over. It tasted better than the Alaskan roll, but still meh. For the final part of the acye, I ordered some crab rangoon. That s*** was just terrible. I love crab rangoon but theirs tasted very off. I just gave up and didn't bother saying anything. Overall, this place is a joke. I don't know how they are still in business. Aside from the one sushi roll with spicy tuna, the rest of the food and overall customer service was just terrible. This is just a reminder to be sure to check Yelp when in an unfamiliar place. Future customers, beware!

To quote Yelp,"Eek! Methinks not." Good things: a. cheap price for all you can eat sushi, b. NO LINE on a super crowded Saturday night (which is why we ended up there in the first place!), and c. good selection of drinks. Not so good things: a. the sushi itself was fairly meh (bland, the fish didn't seem super fresh, and there weren't a ton of choices), b. the seaweed salad was lousy, and c. the miso soup was overly salty and not great. But the biggest issue was service. It took about 20 minutes for anyone to actually come speak to us. At some point in the meal, I asked someone for a new set of chopsticks (I'd dropped one of mine on the floor accidentally) and he curtly replied, "I'm not your server. You need to ask them." I get you are busy, but that response seemed pretty unnecessary. Finally, it took about 15 minutes to get our bill.

My husband and I have eaten here twice and we will definitely continue to come back! The all you can eat is an amazing deal. You get an appetizer, as much sushi or hibachi as you want and dessert. I have eaten all you can eat sushi at buffets before and it usually doesn't taste very good, but Sapporo is absolutely nothing like that. They make it to order and it is very high quality. I highly recommend if you like good sushi at a great price!

The food is okay (not worth the price) but they really arbitrarily decide what price the all-you-can-eat is. Also just super nasty staff.

All you can eat sushi for the win

ABSOLUTELY NOT. DO NOT GO HERE. Everything was cold. The waitress had every table in the place except for one and was NOT concerned with any of them. She brought the manager over because we were so dissatisfied with how our food came out. He literally could care less and said "oh, that sucks. Well maybe you should try something else on the menu" It was god awful. They remade it and it was still terrible. Their hibachi chicken was chicken that day for a while and they threw in the microwave with no seasoning. The sushi was soggy and weirdly warm. DO NOT GO HERE!!

I went there for my mother's birthday, I must say we highly enjoyed ourselves. Our server, Britney, was very courteous and helpful. My mother and I both had the all you can eat buffet, which is an excellent deal since they make each course individually and serve them. My mother and started out with appetizers; my mother chose the vegetable egg roll and I order the savory jalepenos. For salads, my mother had the avocado salad, and I had the seaweed salad. We also tried the chicken hibachi, and 3 or 4 various sushi rolls. Overall, it was enjoyable and my mother enjoyed her 76 birthday

Skip it. Staff could not explain what things on menu were. Ordered rare steak. Came out well done. However it was so thin I guess it would of been hard not to burn it. They microwaved the saki. The place is fir tourist that either do not know any better or will just eat it and pay the bill. STAY AWAY.

Delicious, all you can eat very affordable, awesome personal service, hardly noticed that my drinks stayed full and my table clean. Delicious.

Few restaurants are open on Christmas day and we were hungry and had to cure our hunger here. Ambiance: 3/5 Typical sushi/chinese restaurant fare. Pretty spacious actually. Taste: 1/5 I ordered a Shrimp-Steak Hibachi dinner, and GF ordered a Chicken Soba. Shrimp is fine, steak is hard, chicken is dry, soba is not even soba, and soup is tasteless. I would've paid $7.99 in a mall for what we've eaten. Price: 2/5 Our total bill including 1 beer came up to just slightly below $50. Like mentioned above, I would've paid $7.99 in a mall for this. Service: 5/5 All staff were overwork and overwhelm during Christmas day, but they are among the very few that are open. So, I have to give them 5 stars for good and courteous service. Won't come again though...

Really great customer service! Great food all around! Very clean and well kept! As someone who resided in Japan, this place comes as close to authentic Japanese cuisine as it gets!
