I've been eating their chicken teriyaki since I was a kid. 2 scoops of sauce is a must. They are still around and still tasty even though prices have gone up. I'm posting to add pictures of the menu because the ones I saw were not legible. I wanted to compare prices from Sarku's app vs in person. After driving to the mall, I realized they are the same. Short and simple. The girl at the register with the short matted locs. She took cash, proceeded to put her hand in the egg roll bag and place my food in it, with no gloves!! How unsanitary! Then I told her I didn’t want it, because that’s nasty, and she gets an attitude with me. ? Refund please. ? I’m spending my money, I’m entitled to get clean food, without your hands on it! I end up going next door where they used tongs to place my food in the bag, without me asking. Because that’s what you’re supposed to do. ?

I love this place, always had great service, funny sometimes I drive from Hinesville just to get some, always get plenty portion's always give a tip...I been eating there for years...Never had anything to complain about.

Food isn't as good as it used to be when the guys in the white hats was there, veggies half cooked, especially the broccoli...and used to have carrots too.

I get here at 11:20 am, and they tell me they are not ready. Every other business located in the food court is always open & ready on time, other than this one. Do better!
My husband enjoys the food but the cook was extremely rude when he was the one in the wrong. He ordered no veggies and got a plate full of them. He told the cook it was wrong and showed it on the receipt when the cook asked for it but yet the cook still says We were wrong. Not worth coming back

My wife and I asked that on the bento box, the meat go beside the rice and not on top of it as she was not feeling well. Pretty minor change, or so I thought. The manager came out and told us that they couldn't do it unless we paid $3 more. Totally bizarre. We said no thank you and just asked for a side of dumplings instead. The girl behind the counter glared at us for about 10 minutes, all while our dumplings were sitting out on the counter. We had no idea they were out, in fact the guy cooking the meat asked us and we let him know. It wasn't until I decided to ask the cashier who asked the girl behind the counter and she pretended that she had called it out. The cashier told her to give it to us... A very bizarre and unnecessary situation. We then decided to go to Thai Chicken where they easily satisfied our request.

Me and my daughter used to love eating here the one time a year we come to the mall and this time 5 of us ate there and it was terrible. No seasoning at all, soggy bland old tasting rice, didn’t put teriyaki on any of our plate. It was all so very tasteless. Very disappointing

The chicken and vegetables were good. But the Rice, was absolutely terrible. It’s usually a favorite and I eat here a lot. But the rice this time was clumpy and mushy and tasted awful. Couldn’t eat it and makes the plate not even worth getting cuz the rice is most of the plate. Hope this gets fixed.
