Do not appreciate the service I received today. I waited in line with the rest of the customers only to be served after the people who came in after me. I received no excuse me, sorry or anything by the employees. He preceded to ring up the order the lady gave him instead of going in order from the line. I could see if they had been waiting but they had just walked in the door when the lady behind the counter decided to help them.

I was visiting Savannah and wanted pralines. I entered the store the employee didn’t even acknowledge me. I stood in front of the pralines waiting to be serviced. The employee went to the back not saying anything. I stood there for a moment or two no employee. So I came to the conclusion Savannah Sweets didn’t want the sale nor my money.

I am a long time Savannah sweets customer. I am in St Augustine for 2 months. I have been to your store on St George st 3 times in the last 3 days at different times. They did not had Dark Chocolate Pecan paws or Regular Chocolate Fudge. I had to go to Kilwins down the

I always get chocolate covered cherries, but I took a bite out of one today and there was hard plastic inside. Just be careful if you do order them, the rest were fine.

I don’t recommend that any non white people patronize this store! I, a black female stood in line waiting to be served after the lady ahead of me. The white boy behind the counter ( told me his name was Freddie) said “I’ll be right with you”. A white man walked in the store after me, never got in line but circled the counter. When it was my turn to be served Freddie chose to serve the white man first. When I politely told Freddie that I was next he told me that “it’ll be all right” and continued to serve the white man!
RACISM IS PRACTICED AT THIS STORE!

Family ordered 3 separate orders in March that were advertised as making it by Easter. None of these orders have shipped and Easter is in two days.We have called and emailed trying to get a response and nothing. Never pick up, never respond to emails or voicemails.Don’t rely on this shop for gifts.

I was in Savannah for a conference from Atlanta. A colleague asked me to pick her up some Bite-Size Pralines from Savannah Sweets. After googling the location & reading reviews I was hesitant to go. However, I'm so glad I did. My sales associate Kia was extremely helpful and patient. She was knowledgeable about their different candies and even helped me to pick out a sweet treat for myself.
