We loved sitting outside at happy hour time and inside later the same night. So good we went there twice in the same day!

Stopping here to refresh is the best. And when there’s a party in Downtown, grabbing a cocktail is always a great idea. Thank you for making us part of your cleaning solutions.
I stopped here for lunch & it was great. The food was delicious &?service was great. I didn’t try a cocktail, but will definitely go back next time in Savannah.

We didn’t eat there we just had drinks. I had the house martini, which was quite an experience. Definitely recommend it to people who like to try different things. The bartender who served us was a nice guy and gave us recommendations for other places to go afterwards, I think they had some snacks on the menu, but we didn’t try them Not very busy, but it was the Thursday night.

I came here on a Sunday night and Thursday night. The bartender Bradley took very good care of me and was very sweet. I actually came alone and still had a good time. Good vibes and very relaxed
This place is so ahh. My waiter seated us and gave us water and didn’t come back for thirty mins so then I just left. I came back another time and half the things on their menu were missing and I ended up waiting an hour to get an alternative meal that tasted like ahh. Don’t go here with any expectations and especially don’t come here if ur hungry.
Wow. Best bar in Savannah. I’ve never had a bad experience and frequent a few times a month. Have you gone to Mi Gusta Monday?!! Cuz you need to. This is the place I feel the safest in Savannah and always have the best time.

July 2025 - finally I can write a review after several times visiting Savoy at night. The service is awful because there are 2 bartenders who know and the rest are a walking circus.
I had the misfortune of having the balding bartender (black thinning hair, usually wears a cowboy hat to cover it). He has no concept of service and I was lucky to avoid him before. He took 20 minutes to make a drink and 20 minutes to get my check. As expected. He spent the rest of the time jeering at people and getting orders wrong while socializing.
On top of that, I had a bad-breath drunk woman stumble in my face telling me she worked there and she knew everyone there. I asked her to step-away (I did not let her know of her bad breath out of respect). She insisted to try to talk to me about how she was a worker there. If in fact this woman is a worker there - it adds to the shame of having stinking drunk workers on the opposite side of the bar - harassing customers.
As usual - Savannah's service is awful and this is yet another place that only exists due to scarcity and loose ID laws that allow underage people in.

Stumbled across this gem while visiting Savannah. The staff are amazing! The atmosphere is hip, energetic and lively. We had drinks and cheese Charcuterie board. Refreshing, creative and oh so tasty. We enjoyed it so much , we went back our last night in town. Being from an urban area outside of Detroit, this gem hit home . I could move in 😜. Love the neighborhood , the people. This gem needs to be on everyone's list, except bachelorette parties, keep those on the other side of town 😛

Almost every single time I’ve been to Savoy, I have terrible customer service. I hate to even have to make a review for a small-owned, local business with great food and drinks but it is a struggle to even get a hello. I understand it is self-seating at a CLEAN table (I work in service industry & very respectful and understanding of rules) but you can sit for 45 minutes before getting a menu or water. I’ve waited for about 5 visits before making a review to make sure it wasn’t just a bad night. The bartenders seem to be great and work very hard but the servers for the regular tables completely ignore your existence, even to check out. It seems that they must pool for tips because no one cares to try to get a good one.

After a failed attempt to go to a nearby restaurant, we ended up at Savoy Society on our first evening in Savannah—and boy, did we feel immediately inducted! The red snapper was the best fish dish I’ve ever had, with its juicy flaky snapper, pops of vinegared veggies, browned by it tender fingerling potatoes, and addictive dipping sauce. Then the drinks were top notch. I devirginized the carrot colada and I regret nothing. Perfection. Also shoutout to our super cute and kind bartender who kept his cool the whole time, accommodated all my allergies, and never left us waiting for service or the check. 5 stars.
Then can we just talk about THE VIBE??? It’s like dopamine decorating in a jungle in 1965. Tiki this, cheetah that, nailhead detail, gold, chartreuse on burgundy on sapphire on steroids. And the fish TV!!! The designer needs a promotion. We felt so at home from the first moment we walked in the door.
Only complaint is that the secret must be out, because it got crowded the later we lingered. So go early, and you’ll find it hard to leave!!
It’s really sad that I’m writing a one star review for this place. This is literally my favorite place in Savannah. I come here, probably 23 times a week most of the time with my dog however, the first time I decide to go inside with my dog, the so-called manager grills me on paperwork for the service dog in the pouring rain. I run back to my car, get her the paperwork which is actually against the law according to the American disabilities act to request paperwork. I tell her that it’s against the law, she doesn’t care still forces me to get the paperwork, which I do I then I’m allowed inside the restaurant with my dog at which point one of the kind servers who works at the animal rescue gave me some water for the dog I accidentally forgot that it was on the floor since I was sitting so low on the couch and it was in between the bar. I accidentally knocked the water ball over when I went to have a cigarette, and I told her to please let me help her clean up the mess. She said I was still messing with her at this point, and then asked to see the manager at which point she was in tears for absolutely no other reason I can assume a mental bipolar issue. I literally refer hundreds of people here on a weekly basis. This is a sad day to have to write a bad review for this place, she then asked me to leave because I tried to help her clean up a mess. What a nonsense night just totally outlandish because she was having a bad day I couldn’t believe that she was the manager. It was shocking everyone else in that place is so wonderful and nice except for her and she refuse to give me her name but ask for my name so let’s lay all the cards out on the table.
Funky 50s vibe here, great to hang out for drinks and friends
Mark is the best bartender ever!
