These employees were at each other's throats. The oriental woman making the pizza's was arguing with the lady taking orders. Pointed and said, "it's cooking @&@#" Not sure about the words but 3 customers witnessed this. When the cheese pizza was done it was placed on a cooling rake, more arguing. The ( oriental woman) slammed the pizza down, cut it. The other lady was then acting like a child. She aggressively put slices in the togo boxes shoved them an a bag. My slices gad been put in so bad when I got home the cheese on both was stuck to the lid... sickening behavior

Extremely rude older woman who works there. Waiting for 10 mins and nobody came out. She then yelled “hang on” no apologies for the delays or anything. Her attitude was atrocious. Expecially for a mall that has very few customers walking around.

The food was cold, not even room temp, the pizza tasted weird and wasn't even filling. Won't be coming back to this establishment.

Pizza was room temperature at best, not sure how but they were out of ice, and sodas, but offered me a $3 water (not even a discount... Tisk) that was probably 65 degrees. It was all sweaty and just cold enough to not be drinking water out the tap.

I just wanna start by saying I do really enjoy the food here, so why the 1* review? The service at this location has gotten absolutely terrible since the one at the other mall reopened. Came by on a Sunday and by 12:30 nothing was out and I was abruptly told that they were closed.

Horrible service!!!! Went to the Savannah Mall location and the man making the pizza refused to make 2 whole pies!!!!!! Advised us he would only make pies for single slices. Will never go back to that location.

. After telling the manager that the employee handling my food wiped her nose bare handed and then served me, she asked me what I want. I said I want new items and for her to wash her hands. She barked at me "she already did". Which was a lie. And then she told me she was refusing my service and to "get lost". I'm appalled and will not stop reporting this until local agencies step in. Not the first time for observing health hazards. Nobody uses gloves. They touch their hair, the broom, etc and then go to food handling. Absolutely disgusting.

This is for Oglethrope Mall location...DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT work for nor eat from this company....this franchise location is going downhill fast and has barely been open a month....Does not pay employees on time according to payroll payment scheduling. Lorrene the owner or "Boss" is the rudest lady I've ever met, was hung up on and dealt with very unprofessionally concerning being paid my money for the hours I worked. Was to be paid Friday & now omits Monday & still cannot get an answer as to when my funds would be released. The workers are being cut by knives in sink in the back with no 1st aid to prevent blood from spreading onto pizza ! I am not an angry ex coworker. I quit because of the unprofessionalism & lack of respect they have for employers & guest...Again DO NOT EAT OR WORK FOR OGLETHROPE MALL LOCATION!
