I took a bite of rainbow roll. It immediately felt off. When I looked at the roll it had a white film on all of the fish that covered the tops of the roll. I now feel a stomachache so I guess we will see where this night takes me

Due to the holiday, I decided to pick up something quick. Cashier wasn't to engaged in customers or work. Restaurant could have been a little cleaner

The smell when you walk in will make you walk right back out. No hairnets. The cashier at the time is homey looking and you can tell he doesn’t like his job. Other employees glued to their phone. Just nasty!!! I hope this is separately owned from the one in Savannah because that place is off the hook. Someone needs investigate this place. I spent 18 on my food then second guessed it as I walked out because the smell was so bad, all I can smell is that place. So I chucked my food. They always say when in doubt throw it out. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

Place REALLY needs a good cleaning. Food was eh. Pooler location is much cleaner and the quality of the food seems better.

Now when the prices seem to go up or stay high, but the portions decrease in size, there is a problem. I order a large super yakiniku bowl, but only get a few pieces of meat. And then my intelligence is insulted by a employee who is truly unprofessional by being on his phone at the cash register while I stood there for 3 minutes (just to time him and see how long his head would be dipped over) that'll be the last time I eat here. I'll make my own bowl which will have more meat and be cheaper.

Everyone busy on their cell phones in spite of the fact that this restaurant needs desperate attention it needs detailed cleaning it looks really bad. It has definitely went downhill !

My visit was around 7, and they weren't busy. The guy on Drive thru was head down glued to his phone. The lady at the register spoke so low and still charged me for drinks. The restroom had a smell, and I had to get someone to clean the sauce area. The tables were sticky.

Cashier slow af and has an attitude. Wouldn’t even give me a pack of shrimp sauce .

The food this afternoon was terrible! The shrimp was either overcooked or reheated. The broccoli was very brown, and the rice was hard. And the person working the drive-thru had terrible customer service skills, it seemed like he didn't even want to be there. I won't be returning to this location!

Ive tried to like this place. It seems to get worse and worse.
Customer service is not the greatest. Young employees on their phones at register, drive thru window and i. Kitchen area. They get an attitude if you have a question.

Food preparation...why are employees wearing jewlery cooking and preparing orders. One guy had on gold bracelet. Person bagging food on phone.
Peeling caulk around sink, walls have black steaks like it hasnt been cleaned in years. Its obvious they know nothing about food contact surfaces.
Wall below drive thru window is molded..this place need to be shut down
Food was mush order was incorrect. I asked for one bowl no mushrooms and when I got home I had double mushrooms in each. Stay off the phone and pay attention!
