Very rude owner! Heard the food was good so we went to place an order and when we stated how rude they were being we were called a B***h and told our business wasn't needed. When you try to support your own and this is the type of service you're met with it makes you not want to do business with people of color. We won't be back

I used to love eating here, but heard how nasty the owner and staff is from reviews, and when my nephew came to visit on leave from the Air Force and tried call and order food. I never experienced that until today. We pulled up to an employee standing in the parking lot eating and picking up trash in the parking lot with his kitchen/cooking/ serving gloves on. We weren’t getting barbecue so we were like whatever. The next employee walked in the door in front of us right into the kitchen, never washed his hands and stood there looking at us as if we were bothering him. When we didn’t order fast enough he came out the kitchen and had a seat on the couch. Never acknowledged us or anything. We decided to leave and not patronize a business with bad customer service. As we were walking to the car the owner asked if “they didn’t have what we wanted”, my sister said it’s not the food it’s the service. He turned around, made a smart comment and laughed with the guy he was talking to and said sorry about that. As we were pulling away he yells “ma’am I just wanted to tell you not to come back”. She says “we won’t” and he says “try loosing some weight”. Buddy was clearly in his feelings, unprofessional, disrespectful, and immature. I like David’s Seafood better anyway, AND they have great customer service.
