Good food, great service. Expect to wait. Only complaint I have is that some of the food we ordered was salty and cold. I was there ready to pick up the food so it shouldn’t of been cold.

I want my money back! $36.00 What I spent on just (1) oxtail meal. Never have I ever had oxtails soooo dry and gritty as this. Had to have been left over from last week, cuz the way the meat is dried all the way out!!! Who in the world eats hard dry oxtails. And nothing had taste flavor or seasoning. Only butter ! I want my money baaaack 😭😭😭😭😭😭 Cuz that tray is going in the TRASH. I should've just gone to Genevas Chicken and cornbread in the first place......GEESH!

The food is amazing. It may take some time to get your food because most is prepared after you order. Hot, and delicious.

Walk in and they take your order, menu changes daily and as they sell out. Heard the server(who handles the entire room) that she worked at Holland House for years and it all clicked. The food was amazing, Salisbury steak, real mashed potatoes and gravy, the best green beans I’ve ever had, and a vinegary cucumber salad that just had me coming back for more. They were out of the peach corn muffins that they normally serve as a free snack, sad for me, but we ordered the banana pudding that satisfied that sweet tooth. Parking isn’t easy but it was one of the best meals I’ve had in a while, 100% making this a regular spot

We are visiting from out of town and wanted some good southern food.

Man that chicken ans okra was amazing.

Just great food all around.

Thank you for that home cooking.

Can't rate this restaurant's food, as we stood in line for about 10 minutes, and the line didn't move. People in front of us eventually walked out, claiming they had stood in line for a solid hour and still hadn't placed their order. Really would have loved to try the fried chicken, as that's what other reviews raved about.
I'm guessing they were short staffed.

The true definition of a hole in the wall…but excellent food. The fried chicken was on point!! Little bit of a wait because the cooked it fresh, but absolutely worth the wait!! Don’t even get me started on the banana pudding!!

Food was mediocre at best. Chicken season-less. Rice dry as a desert. Pork chop was good! 7/10. Mac & Cheese was one of the worst i’ve had. Wait was long. Lemonade was watered down to the max. Overall 3/10 experience.

OMG....where do I begin? These quaint cafe serve up some of the best food you can imagine. We had a party of 9. The staff was friendly and set proper wait expectations. We order a variety of dishes and everything was fresh and delicious.......from the salmon, pot roast, & oxtails to the fried chicken......all of the sides are yummy. I thought desserts could get better than peach cobbler, but the peach cobbler poundcake stole the show. We frequent Savannah, but this was our first visit. It definitely will not be our last.......thank you for your hospitality. #M2M

I had the fried chicken and my Girlfriend had the fried whiting.

The chicken was crispy and seasoned. The mac and cheese and yellow rice were delicious. Great customer service and great calming southern atmosphere.
