Cant say anything for the smoothies because when I walked in the girl at the counter, didn't acknowledge me, and there was literally one other customer in the store. Stood there for 10 minutes, never got acknowledged, she was moving with zero sense of urgency and have never seen a human act more like a sloth. I saw that she only had two tickets, and it took her the entirety of those 10 minutes to make one. Walked out.

I've been coming here almost every Friday. they're expensive but the smoothies are pretty good. On Fridays you used to be able to free upsize this time they told me I have to have the app. So I was going to get a 44 Oz smoothie and just pay outright for it it was almost $12 I tried to hand the girl at 20 and she says they only accept exact change never go there again

Young Man didn't begin our online order until we got there. Tickets were through. When he asked if they were online he then got up to make them. The pumpkin smoothies came out white and tasted horrible. Brought to young man's attention, he blank stared through me didn't offer to remedy situation as I was putting in trashcan and told him they were not good and the color being white was a slight indicator the product was not correct.

Store hours state 7:00 a.m. It was 8:00 a.m. and the store wasn't open. I had to go to the one on Chatham Parkway. Please update your store hours and turn your open sign off if you are not open. Thanks.

the smoothie was good, but there was a african american girl who was wearing a puff May 2nd and a orange jacket bullying yelling at her coworker for no apparent reason which was of the opposite race. It look like the girl wanted to cry. I do not condone bullying annd show offs infront of people and I think there should be action and consequences! Also would be getting in contact with corporate.

This is consistently the worst service of anywhere I ever go. These carbon based lifeforms spend far more time playing with their phones and talking to their friends who are constantly hanging out than they do tending to your order.

If I could give one star I would. My smoothie was warm as if they forgot to put ice in it. I waited 20 minutes just to get a warm smoothie. There was 1 employee working the blenders and the registers. On top of the horrible smoothie, the staff didn’t have any hair protection on , yet they were swinging their long hair all over the produce used for the smoothies. I used to love this location but it is horrible now.
