My wife and I haven't gone to Smoothie King for a few years and decided to swing by. We were greeted by two employees. They were both kind to us and helped us navigate the menu and gave good recommendations. I would have given them five stars across the board, but for one thing. The other day I was there when a young woman had an altercation with one of the employees. I didn't think much of it, but I couldn't help but overhear her belittling the employee on how she expected to be treated in a Smoothie King. What killed me though was that the customer had the audacity to ask for her name, like she's gonna go ruin this girls job because she didn't like the way she looked at her. Because of this I cannot give 5 stars for atmosphere. Smoothie King, if you can find a way to have fewer entitled customers in your establishment I will happily add that fifth star. If that girl loses her job over this, you're losing two more customers.

The young girl making the smoothies today was extremely rude and disrespectful she rolled her eyes and scoffed at every customer that walked in the door and when I asked her if that was my smoothie she yelled at me. I apologized to her if she was having a bad day and she started yelling at me “I’ve never had a bad day” and other assumably rude comments under her breath. The other employees did not seem the least bit surprised by her terrible behavior which leads me to believe this is not out of the ordinary for her. However, the other customers including myself were all shocked by her terrible attitude. As a business owner, if one of my employees treated anyone the way she was treating customers she would be immediately terminated. It’s highly unlikely that I will ever be returning to this location after the way I was treated today.

Ordered a bowl and it was half filled and all melted like soup. Also added extra add ons and never received them. Usually love smoothie king but this was ridiculous. Obviously workers don’t care

Don’t order early in the morning if you are in a hurry. I ordered first thing in the morning, arrived a few minutes before pick up stood in the store for 5 mins and no one came out. I called out, walked by the back door and finally into the back room practically before I found an employee in the back on her phone.

This location is by far the worst ever! Horrible customer service, extended wait time, and little to no staff each time. I wanted to order a smoothie bowl and was told “it’s gone be a while, smoothies are quicker.” I’m not sure what’s going on with this location but it needs a serious revamp. My smoothie was full of ice chunks, and watered down. Never again !

Walked in to no greeting but bad vibes and frustrated customers. Felt like we were in a daycare. Kids in back and woman yelling at her (such a headache on what was supposed to be my break). I personally spent $12-13 on a bowl. Strawberries were overripe and the bowl was THIN AND RUNNY. Not filled to the top or sweet; maybe because the waitress was using products from the previous order that she saved. Tsk tsk. This location and the location on Abercorn has a serious micromanagement problem and needs to close until they get it together because at this point the foods unsafe & the employees are under educated.

Visited today (9/22) around one. The cashier desperately needs to go to customer service training. Didn't get her name but she was a young black chick with green braids. Was rolling her eyes when I asked questions, impatient and acted like I was bothering her. No courtesy, eye contact, smile, thank you, NOTHING! TERRIBLE!!

Ordered a power meal smoothie my fave and it is quite disgusting. This the second time ordering from this location and it’s horrible. Went In tonight around 8:30 ordered on the app this smoothie is so crunchy it’s ridiculous. The power meal smoothie with spinach is supposed to be green this is white ugh

The last 3 visits to Smoothie King in Savannah on Waters Avenue and Abercorn St. have been horrible. The customer service is ridiculous and the ladies lie about having the Acai bowls because they are too lazy to make them. On several occasions at different times, they have said, "oh there are not bowls" even this morning, then miraculously they had them, and it took almost 30 min to make and they were liquified by the time I opened them. After hearing the girl complain about hating to make them! I hate this for Smoothie King because they have delicious choices on the menu, but these lazy people they employ will cause you to get out of character and it's not worth it.

Shahada and Vel were extremely nice. Location was out of strawberries, they both brainstormed to figure out something I’d like (Pineapple Surf with raspberries) and it came out perfect! Shout out those two!

Never let a negative person remake your food or beverage they're going to make you regret it! I had one who went overkill on my smoothie! Wasted money careless attitude, wasted order! 2stars only because she was pretty but damn miss make it right the first time..?

Here again @ 7:45 am still not open @7am employee even awaiting for someone to open establishment & had couple drive off due to business not open at time their supposed to open up. I try to get a smoothie every morning before work & can’t NOT OPEN PLZ DO BETTER WITH OPENING ON TIME THANK YOU

This place is trash. From the employees vaping at the register, to the order being completely messed up, this place is awful.
