This Smoothie King location is terrible. They refuse to take orders, sending you out of the store. The employees seem to be racist because when you are the only white customer in the store and you're told by the employees "we aren't taking any orders" but you can clearly see black customers in the store, getting smoothies, what else are you supposed to think? Needless to say, the owner of this location either needs to be ashamed or needs to be more involved in the business. Shame on Smoothie King for allowing this to happen! Oh, and apparently someone there arbitrarily changes the hours on Google showing when the store is open because as I wrote this review, the hours changed from opening this morning to opening at 1:00 p.m. today.

ordered online just for when i get there "we don't have no bowls" not even a resolution from the young lady with her hoodie on. wasted $23 but she "refunded" it. i then ordered 2 smoothies. day 2 of waiting for my refund, i check to see if it came but now the transaction is processed. i can't get in contact with anyone from that store to see why. TERRIBLE customer service. i'm deleting the app and moving to tropical smoothie.

Your female employees have rude entitled behavior.They are on their phones at the counter and do not take orders.I would look into hiring others.Customers walk out with these behaviors.Went in twice, and got treated the same way.

I walked in, said "Hey, how ya doin'?" And that was returned by the associate turning her back, and silently continuing her smoothie she was preparing. Mind you I was THE ONLY SOUL in this building. I noticed there were a couple pickup orders that had been made. I figured, "maybe she's busy with that order and she'll see me here and greet me, when she turns this way. NOPE! She turned to the counter to continue making the drink, and I stood there awkwardly for a few moments and then left.
Wanna feel not seen and leave hungry? Perhaps unimportant and hungry? Check out THIS local Smoothie King off Abercorn right next to Panera. THEY DON'T GOT YOU.

Really didn’t have a clue what I wanted when I walked in. I have some dietary restrictions so I can be difficult when ordering sometimes! Nyah was SO patient with me and super accommodating. She crafted an amazing smoothie just for me! Jayla and Dee were so kind as well. Thank you ladies for making my lunch break such a positive experience.
