I visited this location and noticed that two employees were serving customers without washing their hands or wearing gloves. As I waited to be helped, one of the employees finally acknowledged me. However, as I approached the counter, another customer cut directly in front of me. When I politely mentioned that I was next in line, the employee responded with an unprofessional and rude attitude.
At that point, I requested to speak with a manager. The employee told me that the manager was not available. I expressed my concerns about the lack of proper customer service, as well as the employees’ unclean uniforms, which I found unacceptable.
This location has declined significantly in quality. Based on this experience, I would not recommend visiting. The employees on duty displayed poor customer service skills and should receive additional training to handle customers appropriately or be removed all together. I suggest taking your business elsewhere where professionalism and cleanliness are taken more seriously. And I definitely will be notifying corporate to pushes this matter further.
There was a lady taking my order and she was so rude not saying hello or when the customers says thank you no manners at all!!!

Absolutely the worst Smoothie King ever!!! if I could give negative stars I would. Everybody has headphones on. No one wants to work sub standard service and smells like weed all over the place.

The short guy that works here gets my order wrong every time. Last time he gave me the wrong smoothie bowl and he ran out of gloves so he prepped the bowl bare handed. A few of the blueberries were also moldy. This time I got the goji bowl and he forgot the goji berries. Not a huge deal but I do like those berries and this is getting annoying.
Everything is 10/10 but can we have somewhere to sit while we wait???

I paid $15 for an açaí bowl. My bowl was not even close to the top with the toppings included. The portions were made with little effort and did not get enough for what I paid for.

Came in yesterday to pick up an order I had placed on DoorDash. Turns out I had placed it for the wrong location. They couldn’t have been sweeter or more accommodating. They honored my order and had it made within minutes. The woman working was beyond understanding and really went above and beyond to ensure I got my smoothie and left with a smile on my face. Will definitely be back!
