Horrible experience, drove to ogeechee just to wait 25 minutes in line, as soon as you walk in the store smells horrible like rotten fruit or old ingredients. When I ordered several different items and I was immediately met with “We ran out” every time. Never been more disappointed, this is such a waste of time. The whole store was disgusting, the containers and blenders looked dirty and stained. Employees were slow, throwing containers around, dropping things, and restocking while the whole store was packed full of people waiting to order. They were rude and dismissive to customers and the store was so disgusting. I have been working in fast food for two years and there is never an excuse for customer service to be this bad, shame on this company and it’s employers. If I could rate ZERO stars, I would.

This store always has something going on. Like we're not letting customers in today, but you don't post a sign. Your rewards system doesn't work, or the app didn't take my order.

Stopped to get me and my relative a smoothie today. Right when you walk in it smells awful like rotten fruit or whatever it stinks. Prepare counters to make smoothies is filthy, nasty, gross nothing is stocked. Workers never smile or greet you in a courtesy manner. Manager is most likely aware or just have a don’t care attitude but this establishment of Smoothie King should be shut down. Customers pay their money for something worth buying from a good establishment. I have went to others and this one is the worst they should take notes from others that are worth going to. Get staff that want to work and not these young ones that take a job for granted. Literally awful in there!!!! Reply if you like but take that time to clean, stock and get staff with good customer skills. I guarantee nothing will change because of all the negative reviews it hasn’t changed yet and replies from them to all are the same unconcerned and bypassed!!! 2.9 stars do better!!

I just left smoothie king, the guy working said “I’m sorry ma’am, (in the worst tone possible) I’m taking a break, I’ve been working 9 hours straight.” Making smoothies. This must be so hard on him. Please fire this guy and fix your ideas of how to run a simple smoothie shop. Or just close down. Working 9 hours straight making smoothies ? this has got to be a joke. My husband and I work 24/7 on actual hard things.

worst location! i’ve been here twice already!!! they got their airpods in not paying any attention to customers walking in, the girl today is wearing slides and isn’t washing her hands after anything!!!!! the store smells like rotten fruit and mold and on top of all of that. my smoothie was chunky and wasn’t made properly..i won’t be coming back here because the staff working doesn’t care so i’ll be taking my business to the other locations in savannah.

Terrible staff. On their cell phones did not care about the job. Unprofessional. They did not know how to make the smoothies. I had to remind them what was in the smoothie.

I visited for the first time after a workout and I now see what the hype is about. My Cinnamon Banana smoothie hit the spot and was very filling (a great way to get your daily protein in). So delish! The store was clean and the team members were friendly and helpful. Can't wait to return and try an açaí bowl!

The employees are rude and nasty a girl was sticking her hands in the trash can and than resumed without even washing her hands went back to making smoothies when I told them I wanted to cancel my order I heard them muttering under there breaths talking about me I will not comeback here!

I went to smoothie king and ordered a peanut power plus with strawberries, I did not know it had bananas in it. I left and started drinking it and did not like the taste, the bananas over powered the peanut butter I couldn’t taste it. I left work early went back to them, telling them the issue and asked if they can make it without the banana. The young man told me I’d have to pay for another and I should’ve looked at the menu before I ordered. Smoothie King you have a policy if the customer doesn’t like it it will be made over. So why did this young person tell me I had to pay 8.37 more for another smoothie that did not taste right to me. I’m used to going to the one on Abercorn I told him but being that this location is on my way to work I stopped here. He then tells me maybe I should’ve went there if they know me and know how I like my smoothie, really! The reason I stopped at this location is because it was on my way to work! I don’t argue with kids especially one that thinks they’re always right. I asked for the managers name and number and I will be calling in the morning! I did not come in asking for a refund, I asked if the smoothie be made without the banana. If this is how your staff treat customers and be being a loyal one for several years going to multiple locations!! And NEVER had the experience I had at this one! I will take my business elsewhere!!
