Sidney did an amazing job with her clarified cocktail “Cereal Milk Punch”. She’s also creative with Campari! Ryan was amazing as well! I will miss him! Sweet potato gnocchi is chef’s kiss!

My husband and I recently moved to Savannah and, as major foodies, we’ve been on the hunt for standout local spots. I was so excited to discover Sobremesa and its Portuguese influence—it felt like such a hidden gem! We decided to check it out while my mom was visiting from Massachusetts, and it turned out to be the perfect choice.
My mom was actually originally born in Portugal, so she was especially touched by the thoughtful nods to Portuguese cuisine and culture throughout the menu.
From the warm, welcoming atmosphere to the attentive service, everything exceeded our expectations. The cocktails were beautifully crafted, and every dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and clearly made with care. It’s rare to find a restaurant that delivers across the board—ambience, drinks, food, and service—but Sobremesa truly nails it.
We left already talking about when we could come back. It’s definitely a place that will make me feel close to home. This place is a must-visit whether you’re local or just passing through Savannah!

The service and ambiance are. Just the beginning of the best dining experience in Savannah. The food selection was exquisite. Small plates that allow you to enjoy every bite of flavor. And every bite is different on the same plate. Great combinations of textures and flavors make up each dish. The restaurant is very small and you feel like you are getting your own Chef’s dining experience. I highly recommend. Excellent wine selection and the owners are there to help you choose menu options and make your dining experience even better.

We kind of stumbled upon this place when I was visiting Savannah for work. Small, cute and quaint little place with a solid wine list. There is limited seating at the bar and dining room, but the owner was very accommodating and allowed us to sit at a table that was set for 6. Another gentleman came over shortly to greet us and tell us about their 1/2 off bottle special which we were ecstatic about! We ended up with the Oddero Nebbiolo which was excellent. All the food we shared was also great. The oysters were delicious and fresh, the pork belly sandwich was full of flavor and textures. Although it’s a small menu, the chef knows what he’s doing with the dishes he creates. We had a great time and loved the atmosphere and experience. Will be a go to spot for me when I’m in town again!

Ryan and Alexia were wonderful. Very attentive and cordial. Came in for a pre-date night bottle of wine- Ryan was very knowledgeable on the selection and gave us wonderful recommendations. Company was great. Everyone at the bar was happy to chat. Will be back next week. Thanks guys!!

Small plates at the bar was a great way to kick off a Saturday night stroll through Savannah! The crudo was so flavorful, served in a delicious yogurt sauce. Jason and the staff were very friendly and had great recommendations. Highly recommend the NA wine for nondrinkers.

We found this spot from the Eater Essentials list, and it 100% deserves to be there. It’s such a cute spot with perfect vibes—casual but bumping, intimate and neighborly. Everything we had was outstanding, from their take on a Negroni to the cheese and wine options to the fantastic food. We had the crudo, shrimp & peas, clams, and gnocchi and they were all so delicious and perfectly balanced. If we didn’t have to drive back to Bluffton we would have hung out at the bar all night.
