Made to wait in drive through for 10+ minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. Drive through guy short and rude.
Been to this location 4 times for slushies or ice cream, and have been told they don't have it or the machine isn't working.
Guess all the Taylor machine technicians are working on the McDonald's machines because the McDonald's down the road was able to do a mcflurry ironically enough. Won't be back for a long time.

Asked for 2 chocolate shakes you can see what we received.....we frequent Sonic often and this is far below part! Vanilla ice cream with a tiny amount of chocolate syrup. Very disappointing! I seldom leave feedback.

I’m currently sitting at a park , examining my food because the manner I received it in was disgusting. The manager was very rude and nasty as I asked to add a water. I’ve waited in line for 20 minutes , it’s 90 degrees and I can’t get a water ??? I asked for napkins , ketchup , a cup of ice. The manager is behind the young lady making rude comments the entire time stating we don’t have any of that. So I ask for my receipt. GUESS WHAT .. they are unable to print me a receipt.. funny right. I have two kids in the car and I waited for my food to come out cold as if it’s been sitting. Tots were over fried. Who is the general manager ? This place needs assistance. It use to be delicious. I was unable to get in touch with anyone so I’ll be leaving my review here in hopes the business gets help.

absolutely no customer service I inform staff that I will wait for hot fries but was given cold fries. I push the button to let them know my fries were cold and was willing to wait for some more hot fries, but instead of giving me some hot fries they sent Zay are somebody named that begin with a Z he's red with dreads came to my car to inform me my fries was hot SMH it's hot fries too much to ask for

We went through the drive-through for happy hour slushes. We were helped promptly, and everything went smoothly. It did not take long to get our drinks. We got the peach mango blushes. Initially, I thought they tasted good, but then the after taste set in. They taste like medicine. I will not try this combination again.

There is nothing about Sonic, I spent more than 30 minutes at the self-service and there were only 4 cars in front of me

Not entirely sure the point of location is. Their app has been down for weeks so you cannot place mobile orders and EVERY single time I go there, "the ice cream machine is down", so I can never get a milkshake. Someone needs to visit this location and fix it before the company continues to lose even more business...

Poor service mainly. Ordered twice and the only thing they got right with my order was the burger..sad to say the famous cherry limeade was awful, asked for tots and got fries, then after I got my tots they were so burnt it almost chipped a tooth. Lets do better “America’s drive-in!”
