Spectacular service! NiYah was wonderful. Service with a smile is rare these days but she provided it. Also food was hot and fresh. Couldn't ask for more.

This sonic on 21 in Garden city was the worse!!! The lady at the drive thru was VERY RUDE! I promise you that I will NEVER spend my money at this place....NEVER!!!!! They don't even deserve a 1 star.

Manger was very rude! Our order was messed up and Lasey Mack or whatever her name is told us that it was nothing she could do said she’s was training and walked off. Told is if she fixed every order that was messed up she wouldn’t have inventory. We are not from here was stopping by before we got on the plane.

Today … 6:45 pm..service was terrible… waited 15 to give my order @ walk up stall #12… lady must couldn’t remember what I said… I told her what I wanted then she kept asking me questions that I had already answered… then she got an attitude… so I just walked away without placing my order… sad they can’t find quality employees… I observed one girl taking the wrong order to someone’s car… I’m gonna take a break from this sonic for a while

Food was quick...ish but it tasted terrible. My chicken patty was completely flat, looked like someone had hacked into it with a hatchet and was bland. BUT the fries were good.

This place needs to be shut down. The manager us exposing the employees and customers to COVID. He is rude and mistreat his employees. He is selfish and don't care how bad he treats his employees. Either put this store under new management or Corporate will here about him.

Came at 12:00 noon. Sat in drive thru for a minute before realizing the place was empty. Completely empty during normal operating hours with no indication of closure online or at the drive thru.
Went to pick up a doordash. Rang in, told them, they said someone would be right out. 10 min later, ring in again (lot empty, no customers) and they had forgotten about me.

Cashier didn't understand the order. I asked for a regular Chilli Cheese Coney. She says, you mean the foot long, she says hold on coming out. She still didn't understand. So we pointed it out. The cheese was nacho cheese instead of the reg. Asked for a strawberry/banana shake, no banana. I'm like Walmart down the street...smh. Milkshake was like the old McDonald's shakes you had to use all your brain power to Avengers pull it out?.

Food is always hot and fresh, IF you can get service. But mostly you cant get service from anyone on the inside and when you do the employees are rude. I love sonic and living next door I would love to dine there more frequently but if service isnt improved ill stop going to this location.
