The lady taking my order was rude when I just asked a clarifying question just to make sure she heard a certain part of my order then it took forever to get my items. I sat at their window after paying 15 mins waiting for a cookie dough blast and chocolate milkshake. Drive all the way home and go to eat my blast to find out it’s just a medium cup of ice cream with cookie dough bites on top that’s all. Went to call their number to ask for a refund and their number doesn’t even work. Worst Sonic experience I have ever had

Maybe it's a sub-conscious thing, but I feel like those two dudes on their commercials make me want to visit Sonic less often. With that being said, when I do visit, I've found the chili-cheese coney dog to be my favorite item with the sonic blast to be quite tasty too, and I've yet to hear that "the machine is broken", like at McDonald's.

Last month I was in area 1st they was so slow getting me my food .From time I placed order finally got my food .I get home it's not what I ordered. Immediately called manager she stated that she will give me credit for that .Last night 01/15/2025 was in area stopped to get my credit she lied never wrote my name down for credit .Since I was hungry I purchased food that's probably last time I will purchase anything from that SONICS .I'm not begging don't blow me off .I was a Restaurant Manager for years in Savannah 20 to be exact.

The one thing Sonic don't do is answer phones when u call. My husband stopped and got Sonics cause that's what I wanted, my burger i got must have been an old burger and u can tell that from the meat that's not in the bin it was old and cold as hell and the cheese was not melted like it was throwed on top of a cold ass buns, the lettuce were also old what lil they put on there and the pickles were kind of soggy. Sonic on Montgomery xrds need to do better cause we pay with real money not monopoly money so do better with ppl food pls. This was the drive thru at that.

Poor service. I stopped to get dinner after work. I go to the drive-thru, as I normally do. There was no one no line when I get to the speaker. I understand that sometimes it takes time for someone to take an order when busy, but there was no line!! I waited about 10 minutes until I called out to the speaker to see if they acknowledged that I was out there waiting to order. I called out 3 times and no one answered me. So I imagined the speaker was broken. So I pulled up to the drive window. I parked there for about 5 min until someone acknowledged that I was there. This kid, asked about my order. I said I didn't order because no one answered me. He the. Said they they were busy... I understand if they were, but if they were to have let me know to wait so I could at leat know the speaker was functioning I would have been patient. He then told me that I could get off and go in to place my order.. if I wanted to get off my car, I would. But I didn't, that's why I chose the drive thru. I asked him why he couldn't take my order at the drive thru he then told me he wouldn't. I have never been so upset with a fast food service. I hope some type of management fixes this issue.

The burgers were overcooked. They did put what we wanted on them. Asked for LG. Chocolate shake and med banana shake. Evidently they don't know how to mix shakes. We mixed them when I got home. Fries were OK. Will not go back ever.
