First I drove to order outside at a drive in space. Hit the order button and it rang for 5 mins. In then decided to go to the drive thru. Four cars in front and the person on the speaker asked me to wait for a few mins and then he would take my order. 5 mins or more later and I asked if anybody was there. He apologized and then took my order. 1 car has left in front. We then waited another 10 + mins to get to the window to pay. We then paid and we were asked to pull up and wait for our order. We sat 10-15 more mins. The car in front was waiting and still hadn’t received their order. I then went inside to see what was going on. Nobody at the counter for 5 mins. I watched people in the back and even when folks saw me they didn’t come up. It was ridiculous. I then asked for my money back from one of the folks. They went and got the manager. The manager then came up to me and started yelling at me for being impatient and rude. I was speechless. She was offensive beyond words. She made derogatory comments about head office not giving her people she needed. Told me to deal with head office. I got my money refunded and left. I have never experienced anything like this in my life.
I let their head office know about the experience. The restaurant operator called me to discuss what happened. 45 seconds into the call his phone disconnected. I texted him and he said his battery went dead and he would call me back shortly. I never heard from him.
Service is awful at many levels.

It took me 45 minutes to get my food. I've had this happen before earlier this month. I was the 3rd person in the drive thru line at 8:20 pm. There's no one inside. What is the hold up?

The store on montgomery should be shutdown. No way they can be making a profit or breaking even from what i seen today. Waited 10 minutes for somebody to answer the red order button went inside and they said we'ss not using the stalls for orders today. (Ok Then turn them off). In 10 minutes not one car moved in the drive thru line except to drive off! At least 5 customers left that I seen.

I will never go there again. I got the wrong order thru drive thru. Burger was burned couldn't see what it was and tasted terrible, even made me feel sick. I threw it away, wasted money. Your life is in jeopardy their.
This place used to be good… not sure what happened… ridiculously long wait, and they apparently have stopped selling blasts, I feel like I’m at McDonald’s, ice cream machine is always broken

Went there to get some breakfast. Waited for about 3-4 mins at the counter till someone said I’ll be right with you. Waited another 5 mins for someone to take my order and yet no one came to take my order so I just walked out. No excuse to have to wait that long at the front counter when there are no customers in the drive through or in the restaurant.

The manager (Latrese) really seems to be a hardworker. She builds a rapport with her customers and that goes a long way. I very rarely have an issue with my order but, she always corrects the issue with a smile at that! The mornings I interact with her; she’s like a “one man band”. She really deserves a raise/ promotion for her dedication for this store!!

Its rare when I get to praise a fast food establishment, but as I am a stickler with pointing whats wrong with things, I am the same with praising them as well.
I visited the Montgomery Crossroads Sonic on 23 September and used the drive thru. Meredith was the employee who took my order. Before she did, she greeted me and informed me that it would be a bit of a wait. Being communicated to in a respectful manner automatically allowed me the patience to wait. She did this several times acknowledging that she didn't want to keep me waiting.
When I ordered, I ordered a small mozzarella sticks, a pretzel stick and a cherry lemonade slush. I loved the encounter and praised her astounding customer service skills because there aren't too many in the profession that have that type of customer service skill set. It definitely is something that she was raised on because most people that are taught it, dont follow it to the standard.
Whoever hired her did a fantastic job and should look to her being able to advance in a leadership role in the future!!!

The lady taking my order was rude when I just asked a clarifying question just to make sure she heard a certain part of my order then it took forever to get my items. I sat at their window after paying 15 mins waiting for a cookie dough blast and chocolate milkshake. Drive all the way home and go to eat my blast to find out it’s just a medium cup of ice cream with cookie dough bites on top that’s all. Went to call their number to ask for a refund and their number doesn’t even work. Worst Sonic experience I have ever had

They never have milkshakes when I go. That is half their menu and the main reason to eat there. Terrible Sonic.
