Sunday 11/10/2024 1:30pm I ordered on the app, when I got to the store and pressed the button no one responded, I waited 10 minutes and nothing, I changed spots and finally someone answered, they told me my order would be ready in a minute, after waiting 30 minutes I decided to go in to cancel the order and when I entered to the store , I only saw an absolutely disgusting store. It looks like they work and handle food in the middle of garbage, everything is thrown on the floor, and everything is so gross and dirty, it smells disgusting and the people who work there are so rude, they look at you as if they hate you. They should close this store, I am surprised how people have not even gotten sick eating there.

I just really wish that they would change their hours of operation to the correct times because they definitely don’t stay open until midnight during the week and they’re not open past midnight on the weekend
They're usually pretty okay with the food quality. Tonight was one of the worst nights. Horrible customer service, food, and wait time. We ordered the Double Sonic Smasher combo. It looks like a tiny baby cheeseburger for an ant. VERY disappointing for the price. We've been living a quarter mile down the road for almost 5 yrs now and the quality/service is just getting worse.

Went to the drive thu and ordered 1 Smashburger at 530 PM on a Wednesday and was told to pull up and wait. 10 minutes later Smashburger came out uncooked and cheese not melted. How long does it take to make 1 quality Smashburger?

It started raining when I got there, I didn't get my food until 20min after arriving. Mind you i put in the order on the app before i got there. There was a pond forming that I had to drive around to get out and the parking lot. The food was cold and dry, it was just an all around bd experience.
