Probably the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. The person behind the counter was understanding, patient, and would answer any of the stupid questions that we had. Since going last week, I’ve recommended this cafe to everyone who would listen. The food was amazing and affordable (like, actually affordable. You won’t leave paying more than $10 for your meal). Try this place! You definitely won’t regret it.

Last weekend I ordered online and sent my husband to pick up the order. They were put of one item when he arrived, which was fine as we were made aware and agreed to a substitute. When the order made it home I realized my cheesecake order was missing. I called the shop and was informed that they do not sell cheesecake at all even though it's on the online menu. They took down my name and number to have the owner call me back so a refund could be initiated. I didnt hear back. I called again a few times and left additional messages throughout the week, but still have not received a call or refund. I looked for an email address to attempt contact that way, but the website attached to this Google listing no longer exists. I didn't want to initiate a chargeback through my credit card company as I received the other items I ordered, and the chargeback would be for the entire amount not just the missing item. This Google review is my only recourse at this point.Previous reviews complain about the online menu not being updated for out of stock items, but I feel having entire items listed that the business doesn't ever have is misleading and poor business practice. Not communicating or returning the call of your customers with issues is outright shady. I will not patronize this cafe or recommend this business ever again.

What a shame. Great coffee but wouldn’t take an order when I walked in 8 minutes til they closed. Why say they close at 3 when they really close before then? Doors were unlocked and there were still customers in there. But they were annoyed and wouldn’t take my simple coffee order. As a small business owner myself, we value every order and take them until the minute we close. Unfortunately I don’t see them lasting very long with this attitude.
The latte was AMAZING, the music was awesome (shoegaze)...thank you for a totally awesome experience!

After months of meaning to try this little cafe near my home, I finally did. I ordered through GrubHub and originally requested their recommended dish, a Lox and Cream Cheese Everything Bagel with Capers and a Squeeze of Lemon, and a custom smoothie with Cherries, Strawberries, and Peaches.Within a few minutes I received a call from one of their employees letting me know they could not complete my order as submitted because they were out of Cream Cheese. He offered to make the bagel with just the Lox, but I declined because frankly, that sounded gross and I'm not paying for a dish that's missing one of its key ingredients. I asked instead to have my bagel substituted with a Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Croissant. They gave me two, since that item costs significantly less than the bagel I had already paid for through GrubHub.I thought that was it, thanked the employee, and hung up. Then I got ANOTHER call a few minutes later, this time so the employee could tell me they didn't have peaches because "peaches are currently out of season." No where in the online menu does it say they only stock items in season. Also, cherries and strawberries are out of season as well, but they had those in stock for my smoothie? Maybe it's just me, but generally speaking, when I make smoothies or order them elsewhere, it's typically made with frozen fruits - So it really just seems like this cafe is not keeping a sufficient inventory and just expecting customers to be fine with that.All in all, the food was okay, but not worth the $20+ I spent for it. Nothing was as I ordered it. My breakfast croissants were tasty, but only in that it's pretty hard to screw up something as simple as a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. Nothing about the sandwiches stood out as something I would pay for a second time. Meanwhile, my smoothie tasted entirely of banana and nothing else. I trust there are in fact cherries and strawberries in it due to the overall color, but the pungent flavor of banana overwhelms everything else - which is precisely why I would've preferred the sweetness of peaches instead.

This place was disgusting. While standing in lime to order my smoothie I felt something crawling on me and looked down to see a roach. I began looking around to see tge atmosphere further and saw a couple more crawling on the walls. I was no longer interested in ordering anything anymore. I did notice while waiting to originally order the young lady behind the counter was very pleasant and nice, but I just could not fathom or wondering if anything would be in my smoothie and left.

I always stop at space coast when I’m in the area - I love their coffee and they have really good snacks (I recommend the avocado smash). The service is typically slow because they only have one person working, but they’re always sweet!
