Spanky's Southside Pizza Galley and Saloon

Spankys is a local gem that my office uses quite frequently for take out lunches for birthdays and etc. I did find ordering online takes wayyyyy longer than ordering on the phone especially during the lunch hour rush. But other than that they don’t disappoint!

Went here yesterday, & the hostess was very polite, but the white bartender was very rude and nasty, I put my money in her hands, she cash me out and placed my money on the counter, she laughed the whole time with the other white folks at the bar, my friend was gonna get a refund after going off on her, she immediately ran to get the same person we wanted ( The General Manager) he did fix the situation, however I think he's also a racist. He was shaking and leaned against the wall in his restaurant until we left. Never again

I'll rarely leave a post. However, the food when served was great as always. Went here 6 months ago and had a great experience. Went tonight with my children and the service took over 2 hours. There were clearly several tables empty, so it wasnt like there was a wait or the place was packed. The issue was not with the kitchen but the service was pitiful. We waited 20 minutes to simply place our order and waited and watched as other servers got orders and gave out food before we ever received our food. I have younger children and they started to get antsy. When I tried to help things along such as get to go containers, request the check when we finally received our food. I was able to use the restroom, box food and continue to wait while my spouse said they only were just able to give their card. We then had to wait longer for a to go order. It will be a long time before we come back. Would've requested a manager but didn't want to extend the stay any longer.

I want to say the kitchen did there thing ! The food was seasoned to perfection chicken fingers and burgers! the spinach dip was amazing with the bread and the sweet potato fries was hot and fresh the cinnamon butter with them was a great idea and as always the spuds are great

We were greeted by a very nice hostess and sat at a table by the window & noticed that the waitress was passing us but never once stopped to ask if we were ready to order something to drink then another table came and they were seated behind us and their order for drinks were taken (they were white) and then another man was seated he was (white) as well and his order was taken immediately. We sat at the table for 17 minutes while we tried to be patient and wait. I’ve never experienced anything like this but to feel as if we were not present is observed. We will definitely not be back, great food but horrible service.

The chicken fingers are to die for! It is absolutely the best I have ever had and I've had many. Always hot, fresh, and delicious. My husband raves about the salads. They are very large and also fresh and delicious.

Waited a hr for waitress to tell us they were out of pizza so my family and i went to an real pizza place got pizza in 15mins

The serving sizes are above average, food is flavorful. The service is great. Dillon and the crew go out of the way to ensure you're happy. The people are friendly at the bar. It's a great local hangout!

Fried vegetables are way too salty.I could not eat them on more than one occasion.
