the service here is very nice. However, there is no way for me to get inside of the store without help. I am a person who is in a wheelchair and would like you guys to accommodate for people in my circumstances.
Wheelchair accessibility: There needs to be someone at the door so that Handicap persons are able to get into the store without being looked over or ignored. A manager said that the other employees or guests that are in the restaurant can not help me out in the restaurant when I need help getting out my money out to pay for my items. Most of us have developmental handicaps from birth and under Georgia Law "This title prohibits private places of public accommodation from discriminating against individuals with disabilities" It is a violation of the federal law to decriminat against the handicap.

No offense, but typical Starbucks. I was able to get exactly what I was hoping for. Staff were nice, friendly, and helpful! Everything was fresh and hot. Convenient location!

Although the staff tries to be polite, somehow they always have to mess at least 1 drink up , instead of 12oz , they made me 16oz , just couldn’t be bothered to deal with them. Will try local coffee shops instead

Every single time I come to this location, the iced coffee always has a fruit taste to it. It’s like they’re not washing out pitchers that were full of iced tea or juice. Disgusting! UPDATE: it still tastes bad after asking them to remake it. It happens every time I go. Sometimes I don’t have the time to wait for them to remake it when I’m heading into work.

I was ordering something for the first time and the worker Liz told me that if I doesn't like what I ordered, they would make me something else. 10/10 service. The Dragon Drink that I ordered for the first time and the chocolate filled croissant was amazing. 10/10 food. The atmosphere was so nice. The people working there worked quickly. 10/10 atmosphere

Horrible staff all talking to each other about their weekends ignoring customers and they are out of everything.. its 8:30AM and their entire food case is empty. Poor planning at best.

Had no idea this was a homeless shelter as well as a coffee shop. The stench inside is unbearable. My friend group felt extremely uncomfortable because of the nonstop staring at them (females). I understand that homeless people need help but allowing them to stink up the entire premise and allowing them to literally camp in outside patio is insanity.
