I have been to many Starbucks all over the country and this one has the worst service I have experienced yet. It was very slow. Took 20 minutes to two grande americanos. The place was not crowded. The barista had a very bad attitude. The other folks were helpful and nice.

They were out of so many things. We were there at 6:30am and it took 10 mins to place the order and then 10 mins to get our order of a black coffee and 1 latte.

As of 8:30am 2/27 the store at Bay Street & Barnard is closed. A lot of upset people with mobile orders outside store. No one answers phone, no signs on windows.

Is it a prerequisite to be rude to work at Starbucks? The server with the green ponytail rolled her eyes when I stepped up to place my order.
if you need to go to starbucks in downtown savannah, this is the one to visit. all of the other ones are dirty and never have anything together, but this one is the best one in the area. i’ve never had an issue there and it’s always quick even without a drive thru. and the baristas are actually friendly. thank you!!pictured: iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso doodad

Drink was fine for a grande white chocolate mocha at $6.50…. For that price, I would have thought the personnel would be more pleasant.After all, they get tuition reimbursement, health insurance, and a living wage. Yet, they all seemed quite surly …. Starbucks is convenient, but I want to competition take away their business….

It is 6:01pm 10/31 store decided to close at 6pm. Hours online says till 7pm, and I have been to this location multiple times, they never close at 6pm. So I walk inside, there are people waiting for orders, only a handful or so, and i get yelled at "sir were closed were not taking orders." I ask back, "I've been here before don't ya'll close at 7?" "No we close at 6pm". No politeness, no apology, no explanation. Online said nothing about holiday hours and neither did the staff. And don't turn around and lie saying you close at 6pm when there's a clear set standard you close at 7. Horrible customer service, go elsewhere.
