I waited in line, when it was my turn the counter girl was in a bad mood. If she doesn’t like her job, time to find another one, specially when she has to work serving people.

We received our order, but the staff refused to warm up the sandwiches because the oven was turned off — not broken, just turned off. When we asked about it, the response was extremely rude, especially from the woman working there. Very disappointing service and lack of basic courtesy.

They don’t know how to make drinks. Order the same thing twice still wrong. Please hire someone that knows the menu how to make the drinks correctly.

Lately, whenever I visit this location, it’s grossly understaffed, typically with only one person and often during peak hours. Last time I visited, it was during a weekend. One staff member was working, completing both mobile orders and a ton of in-person orders. The staff member was very kind and clearly doing their best, but it was shameful to see only one person scheduled to cover such a busy time alone. I surmise they were new because they had to keep consulting recipes to make the drinks, slowing them up even further. I can’t believe an untrained person would be left to run a location alone…I received my order 30 mins after the quoted time of when my mobile order was to be ready. I don’t blame the staff member. They had a great attitude for the what they were going through. I blame poor management.

The app said it would be ready at 3:01 at the latest. 3:10 and it’s still not ready. Apparently they had to brew a whole new pot of coffee. 3:12 and Ryan seemed annoyed when I asked where my coffee was.

I clearly stated my order, but the staff didn’t seem to be paying attention. As I suspected, the wrong item was entered. When I asked for a correction, they insisted it was my mistake and showed no apology—only attitude. Disappointing experience.

Asho and Chandler are amazing & the staff working today around 04/15/2024 @ 10:24. Todays staff is what this location needs, other days we’ve been there and this staff is not working orders are wrong, attitudes are terrible & you pretty much can’t ask for them to fix your order or anything like that without them making faces or rolling eyes(Takeevia) . We will continue to go to this location with the hopes of seeing Chandler & the other staff member that was working today.
