Asho and Chandler are amazing & the staff working today around 04/15/2024 @ 10:24. Todays staff is what this location needs, other days we’ve been there and this staff is not working orders are wrong, attitudes are terrible & you pretty much can’t ask for them to fix your order or anything like that without them making faces or rolling eyes(Takeevia) . We will continue to go to this location with the hopes of seeing Chandler & the other staff member that was working today.
This is the worst experience I've ever had at Starbucks. The customer service was awful. The staff wasn't friendly. My order was incorrect, and when I told the young lady making the orders, she looked at me as if I was bothering her. She never said anything she just started talking to the person on the register about the order. The young lady on the register was confused and did not know the menu. I understand a person may be training but at least you can be friendly. My food was placed in a bag while hot, by the time I got in my car my wrap was stuck to the bag I could barely eat it. Normally, you would place the bread slices in those type bags. I will not be visiting this location again. This was my second visit, and the experience was the exact same. Very poor service, staff don't look happy, they don't greet you ?. Personality is flat.
This place gets my attention every morning. I literally roll out of bed and my fiancee and I ride to Starbucks then Chick-fil-A then back to the house. I look forward to my morning trips. Please look into excepting Pi Network it's a type of crypto that is about to take off. It took Bitcoin and worked out all the kinks in it and now we have a crypto that uses less energy and better for the environment.
