I returned to have my drink remade. Isabella suggested the Chai espresso. She took the time to explain that the extra shot will change the flavor but to try it. Lo and behold she was on point and added that sweetener to balance out the extra shot. I greatly appreciate the great service provided by Miss Isabella. Thank you so very much and keep up the good work. Continue to be the best of Savannah!

I placed my order online at 2:34 PM, and I've been waiting at the store for 30 minutes, but my order still isn't ready. This is the worst experience I've ever had.

How can a Starbucks go wrong, with most all of the population, but me? I was grabbing a pizza from next door. From the crowdiness of parking lot due to said businesses drive threw.

Hands down the best Starbucks I’ve been to! (And I’ve been to a lot lol). Sella was super nice and helpful. She had such a positive attitude and I really do appreciate her kindness! Definitely will be back on my next trip to Savannah!

I believe in giving people their praise for excellence service. Stephanie, greeted us with a warm smile and helped with making the perfect beverage selection. I’m not a coffee drinker, but I’m now a Starbucks hot tea and iced beverages fan.

I’m a regular here and the new manager Stephanie is amazing. Everytime I come in my drinks are good, everyone is so friendly and the store is very clean.

I came in asking for hot water. With the anticipation to buy it. I asked who i didn't know was the Manager at the time for it and if I could use the bathroom. She responded with slight irritation, yes, to both request. I left my cup on the counter. There was a line before me.
I went to the bathroom. Came back, no line. I grabbed my cup stood in front of the register waiting to purchase my hot water. The manager walks right pass like she doesnt see me standing there. Another worker asked me if I needed something, I said I her that I already told the other young lady I needed water.
Atleast 2 min. Pass. The young lady did not come back until after another worker that was working the drive through asked me if I needed help and I just told him I wanted hot water. He got it for me. She comes back, doesn't say a word or even acknowledge me. I asked for napkins. She gave them to me, reluctantly. Stated there were some on the way out. OK, cool.
I wasn't going to say anything to her about it however, I decided that I wanted to speak to a manager and found out, SHE WAS the manager.
I was told that Starbucks doesn't serve hot water, although I had just gotten hot water from one around the coner. I had a starbucks cup so it was clear that I had just come from one. I was told I should have not been allowed to use the bathroom but wasnt sure why because like I said I would have PAID for the water which would make me a paying customer and warrants natural access to thier restrooms. I wa still they were busy and down some people and had cocktails in their queue that need to be made. It took that young man literally less than 15 seconds to fill my cup.
I'm OK with all these rules and standards when they are commmunicated to me as responses when zi ask for them. Not when I am ignored and treated negatively, with slightly irritable looks for not already being aware of them. I would have happily paid for the water. Or went somewhere else to use the bathroom if I needed too. I dont appreciate that treatment AT ALL. It has become all too familiar latley. Hopefully its not given to others either.

The barista always takes far too long, and there seems to be no organization. She handles in-person orders and app orders at the same time, but they always prioritize the in-person customers, leaving app orders waiting far longer than usual. I ended up completely disappointed with the service and the staff’s lack of efficiency. Terrible service.
Ordering through the app is supposed to help you avoid waiting so long, but here it makes no difference at all — they just waste your time.
Last time I am using Starbucks, especially this one. Lines are crazy, 8 people working and we are waiting for 20 plus minutes

I really want to know what happened to the staff that used to work at this location six months ago. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. This new staff? It used to be one of the quickest drive-thru’s at 6:30am. Now? The newer staff has got the line backed up by seven to eight cars, and there seems to be no sense of urgency when I do get to the window. I’m disappointed to say the least.

These people are so nice. If I didn't see bugs in the food I would've eaten there. The place seems clean but I shot this video to to share because there were several bugs crawling and flying around the apple croissants. I did bring it to the cashier's attention and she said that they don't serve the display food. However, if the food I see has a family of flies on it, what's happening to the food I don't see?

I ordered coffee by mobile, but they said it was only possible to drive thru, and they didn't allow me to enter the cafe.
I order the beverage by app, but there is no way to pick up. How horrible experience!!

Literally just sat in line for 35 mins on a Sunday sat at the speaker box waiting for somebody to say hello for 10 whole minutes before anybody said anything they definitely need help at this location!
