Well, I went to the store on Saturday. I waited in line for about 26 minutes because of the rain and I had about 10 or 11 cars in front of me when I get to the drive-through the girl refused to take my hundred dollar bill. she said they don’t have change for hundred dollar bill But again Dunkin’ Donuts would have taken it with no problem.. This girl was kinda rude because whenever you don’t give her a tip she won’t say anything else to you. Maybe they need to take the tip away. They only giving you items that you already paid for and making you feel guilty for not tipping them.

The staff is always so sweet. I come in the morning and I am always greeted with a smile and if I am standing waiting they don’t hesitate to ask what I am waiting on. Drinks are always as ordered and a cute note in the side of the cup

Normally this store is great. However, I made an in app purchase and walked all the way up to the door in the rain to pick up my order to find out that they closed off the walk up. The person at the door waved me off like I was trying to sell them extended car insurance. They update in the app immediately if something is unavailable they can let us know if the walk up is closed. I order in app to skip the long lines and stay away from the usually longer drive thru lines.

The staff is very kind, considerate, courteous and friendly. The Coffee is always great and the service is always excellent. If you're ever in this area and want a coffee or another type of refreshment and even a snack, I highly recommend visiting this location!
The staff is nice and welcoming with good customer service however this is my second time ordering from this Starbucks location and they can not seem to make the drinks right. Both drinks (the 1st was an Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso and the 2nd was a hot Caramel Macchiato), ordered on separate dates, were poorly made -- watered down with no flavor/sweetness. I do not recommend this Starbucks location.

Another bites the dust. Usually I do not come to this particular Starbucks b/c they’ve been a hit or miss in the past. But I had an errand to run close by and decided to give them another shot, NEVER AGAIN ! They’re horrible ! First time they made my Frap, it tasted like sewage water. I don’t drink my drinks right away so by the time I noticed it I was half way across town. So now I have to drive BACK across town b/c the taste of the drink is pure disgust. I get here , they make it over. Now they leaving out ingredients and although a hint better. Still tastes like trash. At this point. I just want a refund. Thank you for wasting my time and gas and losing me money. But having to stop working at peak hour, to have a drink refunded. Thnkx !!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏🫠👍👋🏼
