I went up to the drive-thru this morning and I got me iced caramel macchiato with coconut milk I've gotten this one a few times before and other Starbucks I don't actually live in the area so I was just swinging there to get something to come out wake me up a little bit this morning I know what the drink is supposed to taste like and this one tasted burnt and watered down and it was just mostly ice that was absolutely disgusting it was so burnt tasting that I couldn't even get past like two or three sips of it before it upset my stomach

Kace is a great worker and very nice to everyone keep him on the team
Had a great experience! I didn't really get much of anything besides a free water. However, they were very welcoming. This is probably my favorite place in the Berwick area to play chess.

I'm not sure who did it, but one of the baristas drew a really cute chubby cat on my delivery bag next to my name tonight and it really made me happy :3

? yuck!!!
I ordered a cinnamon dolce latte , it's my go-to like always and when I received it, yuck , it was watery and burnt espresso or something I don't even know ...
But kudos to them they willingly remade my drink but it still was the same . Maybe they were having a bad day.
Kid-friendliness: The children were able to get hot chocolates and kid temp , and they loved it .

This has been my go-to neighborhood place to get chai lattes for years, on the daily. The employees have always been amazing, friendly and just rockstars all around. You're awesome you guys, you really are! They never get my order wrong. And after a rough very early morning, they make the start of my day that much better.
However, lately I've noticed these young employees are seriously tense and theres some quick turn over. They seem like they're walking on eggshells constantly. They smile, they do a great job, but everyone in the neighborhood has noticed the difference. It's concerning.
It all started with this weird new straw rule. In order to get a straw, we have to interrupt these folks from their busy job. And to their credit, they never give an attitude, never sigh or roll their eyes or anything. They smile, but we, as the customers, are still uneasy because we're interrupting them. Never have they complained about anything.
I don't know who implemented that rule, but it was the start of these kids walking on eggshells. Who ever you are that has changed our neighborhood peaceful hot spot, change it back.
For three years this was a happy, cool place to be. You, or whatever rules were put in place, changed it. You're the problem. Ease up, take a chill pill, go on vacation, whatever you need to do. But trust your employees to do the job they've been doing for years before you or whatever happened entered the picture. This is not the way to manage people and expect to get their best. I can recommend some good how-to books on the subject.
Seriously, these kids are great. Look at some places in Pooler and know what a good group you actually have lifting you up. I won't even go to the Pooler Starbucks because they Always get my order wrong.
Southbridge loves our Starbucks and we care about the employees. They know us. Please, let them do their job without killing their spirits.

This is my go to Starbucks, I usually love this location! Today I had the worst experience. After waiting for a while to get my order taken I ordered 2 DECAF coffees. I repeated it 3 times!! When I got to the window I also repeated it before I handed her the money. (Nyx which is what said on her name tag) As she gave me the side eye she responded “yes”. She ended up giving me the wrong change back and seemed bothered when I brought it to her attention. After receiving everything on my way home I was sipping my coffee and realized it was not decaf. I am pregnant and not drinking caffeine for several reasons, so I know the difference since I feel myself shaky and have the worst headache.
