Service guy at the window and who took my order was good hope hes not who messed up the drink he was pleasant to order from and on point with service my wife was really excited about trying the lavender matcha they got my drink right caramel frap but they forgot to put the lavender in my wife's drink it was all green matcha oatmilk I live almost 30 mins from this location so I couldn't just easily get back

I realize I'm a little behind with the times, but I FINALLY completed my 1st mobile order & picked it up in the drive-thru! The whole process was SUPER easy! Just added my drink along with any extras to it, found a yummy bakery item, quickly added funds to my gift card, and clicked which star rewards I wanted to use, if any, then submit! I jumped in my vehicle, and 2 minutes later, after giving my first name in the drive-thru, a cheerful barista had my perfectly made order waiting for me at the window! All this, and I never left my pj's and slippers!Very simple process, awesome staff, and great early morning coffee!
This is a great Starbucks in terms of service.However, my classmates and I can never sit in the cafe because it's always freezing. No matter what time of year, it's cold. The air ventilation is clearly above the seating and blasts down onto you. Temperature is relative so this may not apply to everyone. But if you're generally cold natured or want to feel cozy, just know that the girl I saw studying in the corner today literally had a blanket over her lap. Unfortunately, I didn't come prepared with a parka and decided to leave (like I always do.). At the time of this post it was February winter and it was warmer outside than in this cafe.

I have been coming to this location consistently for the last 3 years. I order the same drink every day. I usually enjoy the associates that work at this location since they are always pretty nice and upbeat. Recently however, there has been a lot of new workers and the drinks are either not being made correctly, or they aren’t taking the correct order. (This has happened at least in the last 10 times I’ve visited) I order an iced vanilla latte everyday. I know what the drinks supposed to taste and look like, and at times, it’s so light it looks like a blonde espresso. Either that, or more than half the cup is being filled with ice. It’s frustrating when you’re paying over $6.00 for a coffee.

I love this Starbucks. I have been here multiple times for the past couple years. They move pretty quick and they always get my order spot on. Staff is always friendly!! When I'm stuck on what to get they always have recommendations!
I got a hot coffee with honey and heavy cream and a caramel Frappuccino. She made my hot coffee, and then she disappeared for about 15 minutes. She comes back and starts taking orders and filling the orders. About 6 people got their orders when I said, "Did you forget about me? No, it's coming. I will not be going back to this location.
