This is my favorite Starbucks location by a long shot. I come in every week at the minimum once, come inside and order 6-9 drinks at the counter during their busy morning hour (buying drinks for my staff) and the baristas are always SO FREAKING NICE. I feel like such a pain but they never ever make me feel that way. I’ve never been met with anything besides patience and kindness from every staff member here. The drinks are always good too :)

I came in sometime around early in the afternoon, and was waiting. As I wait, I see one of the staff accidentally drops a drink, quickly cleaning it up. While doing that some guy, I'm assuming the one who ordered that drink yells at her and asks her, if she knew what getting her teeth knocked out was like, basically threatening someone over spilt milk. Management didn't protect their staff, AND the customer got away with zero repercussions.

The companies policy on Mobil app orders is DISGUSTING. what do you mean people who drive to the store, go inside to order does not take precedence over mobile orders? An entire lobby of people sitting and watching mobile orders melt while they wait WAY too long for their drinks?

The customer service was great, the young lady that took my order greeted me with a smile. My drink Frappuccino was delicious and my son said his drink was good too. Plus my name was on my drink.

These people that work the drive through have been trained extremely well. Or they are just people oriented personnel who love their job. It shows. My favorites are the brown sugar oatmeal espresso shaken, the coffee Frappuccino blended, pumpkin bread, falafel pocket, ham and Swiss baguette, the impossible breakfast sandwich and the cheddar potato bites.
Nice staff, ample parking spots and average coffee.

This Starbucks rocks. Baristas are friendly, courteous, professional and kind. Latrines are disinfected, sanitized and clean. Patio and indoor dining area spotless. Verona was delicious. Family member enjoyed chocolate cream cold brew. Worth an hour drive when in Savannah. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing customer service! And amazing ambiance. The workers are really nice and you can tell they love their job. Me and my friends had walked out our car and an old man was staring at us and two managers were outside and stopped, making sure we were okay which i absolutely loved. We walked and already felt comfortable. The inside is super nice as well. my friend dropped her drink and someone immediately helped her clean up. They even let her get a free new drink. And about four workers asked if my friend got a new drink. This is the best starbucks i’ve ever been to.
