This has been the worst experience in a coffee house. The lady taking the order ignored me and serve two other people before me. I went back to the desk to ask for my coffee and another lady behind the desk said “ah yeah I will prepare it”. I had already left 18%tip for the coffee. This was so frustrating and I expressed this to the cashier who looked bored and unapologetic and gave me a 4 dolar gift card. What is going on with this place? Where is management and customer service?? Really disappointing! :( Besides the tables were dirty.

Today must been the wrong day to come to the Starbucks on Abercorn . There was toooooooooo much cream in my coffee when I asked for extra sugar it’s was terrible I couldn’t drink it at all and to top it all off moldy sandwich I believe . :(

Wonderful staff and great coffee. This location is very busy, I agree with the other reviews that mention a longer wait. However the staff are really pleasant and the location is clean and welcoming.

I had to wait for 15 minutes for my 2 uncomplicated drinks with just one person’s order before mine. The baristas were too busy filling what seemed like a hundred mobile orders that sat unclaimed while I stood there waiting.Starbucks corporate should prioritize in store customers more and it seems like this store needs to staff their location better.

Twice I ordered ahead and came early waiting for my order. First time they started my order three times and never got to it until 10-15 minutes later. They prioritize everyone else drink over mine. Second time they took forever and when they were finished if I hadn’t known what my drinks looked like I would have still been standing there. The absolute worst experience I've had at a Starbucks. Got my orders wrong. Was not first come first serve. They did orders as they pleased. Customer service was awful.

Today Nov 7,2023 me and my husband ordered coffee and sandwiches via drive thru. My order was a Hot Caramel Macchiato, upon receiving the coffee I tasted it and it taste just like a hot steamed milk so i remove the cover and stir it to see it if would make a difference and it didn’t. I did not taste coffee I did not taste caramel did not taste vanilla syrup.I told the person on the window that my coffee taste like a steamed milk no coffee flavor at all and no caramel no syrup flavor. She said it has coffee but just a little. I told her that I order this kind of coffee on that same store almost every week and sometimes 3x a week or even more, I told her I know how my coffee taste like. She ask me if I want them to remake my coffee but it surely looks like she was annoyed at me, no service with a smile ?. And so I finally got my “remake” coffee and it taste even worst. Taste like a instant coffee with steamed milk no caramel flavor and syrup flavor. I think I wont be coming to this Starbucks location for a while ?. Just for the information I have been drinking Hot Caramel Macchiato by Starbucks even before I came to the US and i know when it is made right. It is my choice of coffee from Starbucks for like 10yrs now. So if I say its made not right it is not made right. In my country I ask baristas to remake my drink a few times and they always do it with pleasure and a smile ?. Something I miss about my country is the hospitality service.

Literal worst Starbs ever. The wait times on the app are never remotely accurate. the drive thru seems to run well, but the inside is a hot mess. I don't get it. I'll just go to the Starbucks in Kroger from now on.
