Sign on the door says they're open until 9:30, but apparently they close at 7 on the off season. We got there at 7:02 and they were rather rude about telling us they're closed. Fix the sign on the door, everywhere else around you is open until 10.

12.30.25 I frequently order from this starbucks online, but today I didn't because the last time I placed an order online, it was taken by someone and it was a hassle to get them to remake my order. Today I watched an employee grab my drink order ticket, put it on a cup, place it on the back counter and proceed to make 2 other drinks that had been ordered after mine. It took another employee a few minutes to see my cup and start to make my order. When I asked why, the employee that I asked didn't have a solid answer. Several times I have also gotten my order and it was made wrong even though it was clearly printed on the label.

I had a hard time waiting the 15 minutes for a pour over coffee,ridiculous service. Very incompetent staff. got a refund and went to a local coffee shop. Stay away

I order Starbucks several times a week. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had and it’s been over multiple days. The service is atrocious. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to.

Don’t open on time and staff doesn’t care

They really have to work on their staff, not everyone has bad service but mostly all the team. Today I went to order a non dairy coffee, which I clearly saw the barista made it with whole milk and not oat milk as I paid. I told her as soon as she gave me the coffee and lied that it was done with oat milk but it wasn’t.

07/31 at 3:00pm, unfortunately didn’t catch the name of the very rude girl that took care of me. Probably the rudest starbucks staff I have experienced. If you don’t want to work there find another job.

Girls working here were great but the sun beats down right in their faces. Give them an awning or shades or something. Also the air needs an upgrade, if not for the customers definitely for the workers.

The manager was very rude when I was handed a grande instead of the venti I ordered. I asked for a receipt and it wasn’t until several times of asking that o was given one to see that’s what I was charged for. Then I was told to give them back the Grande cup so they could pour it in the venti and pay extra for their mess up which I’ve never had happen. Wasn’t impressed with their service.

Beautiful location in historic River Street Savannah. The building was great and the decor was nice. Really fits the area. Located right on River street, so there is a bunch to do around the area. Amazing views from outside of the river. The staff and service was great. Find parking elsewhere and have to walk, but worth the walk.
