Go-to Starbucks when visiting River Street or enjoying stay at JW Marriot.Very friendly staff and always positive atmosphere. Coffee and treats are great and the River View is amazing from sunrise to sunset !Kid-friendliness: What’s to say !? Cake pops and post-its !

Odd hours, went in at 5pm said there closed but open back up in a few minutes? Went back at 5:30pm still closed but workers inside? Super weird since they close at 6 anyways. I would avoid

Extremely rude staff. My girlfriend ordered our drinks and someone took them. When she told the staff that we didn’t receive my drink, only hers, they proceeded to talk amongst each other saying “I don’t know how someone can take your drink.” Maybe because you don’t call out the names but only the drink that you order and anyone can come up and grab it. Either way, horrible service for a $7 coffee that they filled with ice when they were told light ice.If your job sucks, get another one where you don’t have to deal with customers that way you can be grumpy all day long.

Let’s start with the cons. The staff especially the young lady with the scarf were not welcoming and they seemed annoyed we interrupted their mini gossip session.Pros: The iced coffee tasted lovely and the seating was comfortable.

Starbucks is Starbucks so cant really comment on the drinks since they're basically all the same. Service here was VERY slow. I've never waited so long for an iced coffee in my life. So if you're in a rush, i do not recommend.
I love to come to plant Riverside direct. There is always something going on on the weekends. Music and entertainment.Parking: Is a suit to go if you're walking. Downton is quite difficult to find a parking space in general.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs and wide doors make it easier for anybody with wheelchairs or strollers

2 people working there was just standing around drinking a coffee mix they made . After 5 minuntes with no one else waiting they took my order. Then when I did not give a Tip ! They took another 15 miniutes to get a cold brew. .I tip for service ! Not for being Lazy !

I loved this location! I'm giving five stars because I loved the location, loved the service and enjoyed my drink! I ordered the Dragon drink with vanilla sweet cream foam! That's a mouthful! Lol, however it was quite yummy! My favorite part was the vanilla sweet cream foam. The customer service was great. Very pleasant ladies! The store looked very orderly and clean. I thought there should be more interior seating but maybe it's because of continued social distancing. We sat outside and enjoyed the cool day. Glad they had outdoor seating! I do recommend!

good location, they’ve always made my drinks correctly but im knocking points off because it seems much more pricy than other locations. maybe it’s because it’s not a corporate location.also, your starbucks app will not work here since they are a licensed store.
